This was a great stay. The room was great in all respects. Adequate soundproofing so did not hear every conversation in the hall or adjacent rooms. Breakfast was good.

Room was billed as an accessible room. Only thing accessible was wider spaces around furniture and a few grab bars in the shower. I don’t consider a room that has a tub rather than a roll in shower to be that accessible and the bathroom counter was regular height, not slightly lower for someone in a wheelchair. No towel bars in bathroom. Not a big issue except for all the towels were on the very small counter and there was very little space for our toiletries etc.

The place was clean but if you walk through the hotel you can see that they are not putting money back into the hotel the heater in our room did not work after the first night they said they would move us but i said just give us a space heater they did one of the windows in the hallway was falling a part the ceiling in the pool area was coming down. this was our 4th time in 6 years staying there don't know if I would go back BREAKFAST IS OK, OUR ROOM WAS CLEAN, FRIENDLY STAFF JUST REPAIR THE PLACE

THE STAFF YOU WILL NOT FIND A PLACE WITH BETTER STAFF SO FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS GREETING YOU EVERYTIME THEY SEE YOU.

There was a young housekeeper with long Black hair but I didn't get her name. She drove a small gray car. She was a sweetheart. Very caring and attentive. That's the way customer service should be. Thank you 😁

The doors are loud when they close because they are heavy. I'm disabled and didn't get a chance to take advantage of the free breakfast because I can't walk until very late morning early afternoon.

Close to casino, they shuttle you 24 hours a day to Turing stone and back. Clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. I have stayed a few times in the past few months and I will continue to stay when in Verona.

The only thing was I wish you had more to choose from for breakfast. I prefer more fresh fruit and it could have been the times I stayed it was winter.

The beds were comfy. Nice pool. Close to casino. Staff was really nice. Shuttle service was a plus. Breakfast good.

I can’t say I didn’t like anything really. The walls are pretty thin and some ants in the bathroom but I wouldn’t say it’s anything to complain about esp when you’re out in the woods.

Space, mirrors, lighting, beautiful bathroom, quietness, quality of kitchen, closet space. Amazing staff, very attentive with our concerns and even offered to move our room. Lovely workers overall.

Comfort of bed(really hard), loose outlets when plugging in chargers, and bathroom functions not completely workable.

I really liked the room, it had everything I needed, was very clean and comfortable, love the setup too. I liked being on the ground floor. the breakfast was pretty good, not great but definitely good. Staff was awesome as well. check in and out was easy and fast. I will definitely stay there again.

Great location for what we did during our trip. Centrally located between family members so no extra driving. Very quiet for our stay. Breakfast was good but I miss the waffles. The new pancake machine was really neat and made them perfect size. Pet friendly with no hidden fees outside of cleaning if your pet has an accident. Already booked next trip in June here and can't wait to get back to New York again.

The snow, but that wasn't the motels fault. Oddest spring break I ever had because of it.

Great location. Shuttle service to casino. Staff was very friendly. Love having a sitting area in the room. Room was very quiet and clean. Free continental breakfast. Shuttle service was awesome, very prompt!!

Wish breakfast hours were extended a little later as my husband is not an early riser. Coffee was weak. Bed could use a more comfortable mattress.

It wasn’t their fault, we were there during a major snow storm, plowing trucks kept waking us up, we have have stayed before and have greatly enjoyed and plan to stay again. My only suggestion would be , maybe if able to have a bit more alternative selections for breakfast for those with food intolerances/allergies, especially gluten/wheat. We love your hotel and will definitely be be back and soon! Thank you for running a very clean facility and your staff has always been very nice and helpful. Keep up the great work!
