Flawless. Perfect experience. comfortable, clean. The suite was worth it and included a fridge and sofa. The staff is friendly and quick, there were even complimentary green apples and cookies upon checking in. The nearby restaurant named Babe's has delicious food, we got takeout and took to the room late at night.

There was bus full of young (sports team) players on a sports team staying the night, so it was not peaceful at midnight, the staff and chaperones did eventually get them settled in but next time will request a quiet room. I'm wondering if I had requested this when I arrived, if Hotel would have separated us from the rooms sectioned off for the large group to avoid potential sleep issues. There is a $25.00 charge at check-in for incidentals, and the clerk states is returned in a few days after checking out. I cannot confirm this part is automatic yet. We really loved our stay.

The bathroom sink was clogged and drained very slowly while I was washing and shaving. It definitely needs attention. After using the toilet, we noticed there was no toilet brush or plunger available for cleanup. The staff members were great to us overall. However, I want to mention something that felt a bit off. There was a lack of warm, welcoming smiles toward guests, and we didn’t hear a friendly 'May I help you?', especially from the manager, whose tone and body language came across as cold and suspicious. Hospitality is about kindness and making people feel welcome, and there’s always room in life to learn and grow in that area.

The breakfast was the best I've ever had - hands down. The employees were SO pleasant to interact with - I didn't feel like I was bothering them when I had a question or request. Everything was clean. The room wasn't cramped at all for the 4 of us who stayed.

My only complaint was that the sofa bed mattress was too firm for my liking. And while it didn't bother me, the elevator smelled of wet dog. But that is expected when you're staying in a pet-friendly hotel!

The cleanliness and amount of space of the room and the property. Nice amenities like bottled water , enough towels and soaps in the shower , outdoor patio and gym. Staff welcoming, friendly and helpful.

It was close to things but not walkable. No fault of the Hilton though. The room was awesome but it was new for me not having a closet or a drawer on the nightstand. The open shelving also above the desks was different. I prefer a closet at hotels and things that close but there was a wardrobe with a curtain which was cool

Very clean place, smelled good. Loved the room layout and kitchen amenities. For an overnight stay I did not need them, but would love to come again and stay a few days knowing how the room is set up. Nice breakfast and it was included in the price - very convenient.

The new way of managing shower “stuff” is pump bottles on the wall. Well my conditioner was empty :( . Couldn’t get it open or off the wall. The only problem I encountered -and I can live without the conditioner for a day ! Everything else was great .

Friendly staff, clean hotel, lot of extras (full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, all utensils that you would need in a kitchen. Even a roll of paper towels. Bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels, full size body wash, shampoo, hair conditioner, lotion. Liked the idea of not having those worn out dusty curtains you find in most hotels at the window. Liked the two shades, one to act as a screen to allow light in if you like and the other for privacy. Liked the duel purpose hidden table that can be used as a desk. Also, the small hidden bench that was under the coffee table. There was a variety of choices for breakfast. They also had turkey sausage not found in most hotels and pork. They seem to consider those who don't eat pork. The counter that i sat at during breakfast had phone chargers, which was a plus. Even the elevators were clean. I will definitely consider Home2 for my next visit to Utica NY.

Did not have any issues

I enjoyed it all. Staff was friendly, properly is clean and well maintained, and centrally located in the city of Utica. The room was spacious and clean, had a perfectly functional kitchenette with everything we could need, and the beds were soft and comfortable (even the pillows which we never usually find!).

The only thing we can come up with is the free breakfast - the eggs were a bit burnt. But it’s a free breakfast and everything else was good!

Stayed for a family wedding in Jordanville. Breakfast was great, staff were very friendly, warm, and helpful. There is a FREE washer and dryer available which we used when our baby did what babies do… we enjoyed the pool, slept well, ate well… Nearby restaurants were great too.

Loved everything

The suites were very spacious and comfortable! The kitchenette was clean and outfitted with dishes as well as a full sized refrigerator. The kitchen was especially helpful to wash our grandsons bottles in after a long day of traveling.

The bathroom door is a sliding door, similar to one for a closet. So it neither shut securely or locked, which made using the bathroom comical as our grandson would not leave the bathroom door alone.

we were there for a short overnight. came in late & left early so weren’t able to use facilities but from what we did experience, the room was very open w lots of room, very clean & bathroom was nice & modern.

I booked it online and prepaid for the room but when We arrived they didn’t have receipt of that payment so I was charged twice. I don’t know if it was booking.com or the hotel’s issue but it out me at an i convenience having to front that money. the fromt desk gentlman wasn’t much of a help altho I’m not sure he cld have helped much. I tried showing him my paid receipt online from booking but he said it wasn’t showing up & didn’t seem to care. It was also late (around midnight) so not sure if he was a manager or not.
