Breakfast options were great for me and my daughters, I would love to see gluten free options for like toast or bagel. All the staff we came in contact with were very friendly.

Most of the time nobody is at the front desk if we needed something. The pillows go flat and makes sleep uncomfortable. Housekeeping did not replenish or clean anything in our room during our stay so we had to go ask for the things we needed.

Wonderful experience from check in at counter to checkout day

Shower faucet loose...couldn't turn off after shower...had to let water run til maintenance goy "temporarily fixed (all he could do for the time being...nit his fault)...hope Room No 200 shower has been permanently repaired as I hope to stay in that room in October this year...loved everything else about the room)

The suite was excellent, well-equipped with large and beautiful rooms, and good parking. The breakfast was excellent, beyond expectations; the kitchen staff were very accommodating and responded to all our requests. The only downside was that the air conditioner was noisy.

The heated indoor pool was great after working all day. I loved the room and the price was well worth it!

The people hanging out at the pool drinking beer and being really loud. Their kids were very unmanaged and jumping constantly in the pool regardless of other swimmers in the pool. Perhaps having someone over seeing this area would benefit your patrons.

The property was clean, quiet, and conveniently located near shopping centers and restaurants. The room was perfect for longer stays having a closet, a cooktop and dishwasher in room, access to FREE laundry, and free breakfast daily.

It was great to have breakfast each morning. I have to say the scrambled eggs were the best.

from time i walked in was greeted with a smile staff at front dest were so polite and helpful was treated very well. Room was beautiful and very clean everything was perfect and a special thank you to the staff at front desk i thank you two that helped me and was able to check in before time, Ithank you so much

The staff member who checked me in at an ungodly 1:45 am was really nice. The facilities all around were very clean. THE ROOM. Oh my gosh, it was so beautiful and comfortable. It made me wish I wasn’t on a short road trip and was just on a getaway trip.

Checkout was 12 pm. I had a “Don’t Knock” tag on my door. Housekeeping still managed to come by and apologize after opening the door

Property being under construction but certainly understandable

Breakfast was good other than for the day that the person who was supposed to prepare it didn't show up for work. I felt bad for the person who was trying to do everything.
