Convenient stay with 24hr shuttle access to transport to the casino. Sara and I didn’t catch the guys name, are the pillars for excellent customer service. Thank you for an easy breezy check in/check out. The shuttle bus driver (last name starts with a M-my apologies for not remembering) super friendly, kind, and always available :) He was on shift on Friday February 23rd 8-9 o’clockish The ladies that ran the breakfast bar were so friendly and kept things clean. The housekeepers really do provide clean rooms, which I greatly appreciate! All the staff there were absolutely terrific!

Exceptional cleanliness, storage, and room size. Cost was a bit more than we usually pay when we travel, but well worth it! Breakfast had a variety of choices for all folks, Pool was great for the kids, gym was roomy, close to the wedding venue where we were headed as well as the casino with a convenience store a skip away. The firepit and sitting area was wonderful for evening conversation with family and friends.

One drawer had another person's hair in it, so that was a turnoff, otherwise all drawers, closet and all else was very clean.

Very nice, updated and comfortable. The staff could not have been nicer and more helpful. We attended a wedding nearby and then went to the casino afterward. It was a nice touch to have the shuttle to take us back and forth. The breakfast the next morning was well-outfitted and tasty.

In this part of the country, we do not expect to have to pay over $300 per night for a room.

I have stayed here multiple times as it is a halfway point between the Syracuse airport and one of our business’s in Yorkville New York. (We live in Florida). It is in a great location, very close to the famous oneida, Turning Stone Casino and Skana, their spa. I am actually heading back to New York and will be staying at this Hampton Inn again in March. Great place to stay!

Room and lobby was new and modern. it was close to the Casino so the visitors in older age gap frequented the establishment. The corridors were clean and the rooms were well maintained

The young gentleman at check in seemed very inquisitive as to why i was so far from home. If i was here on business or just passing through. in my many yrs of travel it didn't sound like small talk to me.

We left our iPhone charger in room and my daughters sneakers and I’ve been trying to call the front desk or some live person and I can only get reservations line - very disappointed - I think there should be a contact live person to speak to current and post guests at the hotel for someone like myself to get service. Thank you

The Hampton Inn was extremely clean staff was exceptionally friendly easy check-in and would certainly recommend staying there the beds are very comfortable at the Hampton Inn

very accommodating and staff is amazing!! every time I walk through the door I am greeted with a friendly smile. also the 24/7 shuttling to the casino is amazing and very worth the price for the room would stay here over turning stone anytime… away from the chaos  but close enough to join if I want!!

The property was clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the free shuttle to the casino and the outside sitting area.

We had an issue checking in as he said our reservation was not showing in their system from booking. The beds were terribly uncomfortable. Also disappointed with the pillows. They were flat as can be. Could have used about 2 more to keeps our head elevated.

Very new and modern, huge LG TV on the wall in room. The beds are a bit too firm for me but not too firm that I could not sleep. It’s quiet. Free shuttle service to Turning Stone. Awesome breakfast!

The toilet paper! My advice: Bring your own! It is so bad that I went to Walmart to get my own, lol.
