Very well decorated, good taste in design. My stay was quiet. Clean, entire hotel seemed recently renovated.

Wifi password was not on the key card envelope. Information (hours/menu) on restaurant/bar "Beer Garden" was scarce. The design of the seating in the bar was poorly laid out. No pattern to it. The picture on the website showed well laid out seating, but that is not how it was. Face it, it's a bar. No fine dining here. One note - Advertised "Full Buffet Breakfast" on the web site. Was actually the standard issue continental breakfast set up in any hotel. the breakfast sausages were terrible - not grilled at all, and were gray.

The location is close to our family. Restaurants and shopping are easy to drive to. The hotel has a restaurant on site where breakfast is served. The hotel has several wings of rooms, several meeting/banquet rooms, a small gym and an outdoor seasonal pool. Lots of parking surrounding the building. An elevator. Small snack room with an ATM. Beds were comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rates were fair considering the area and we had pets.

Bed sheets could be longer.

Very convenient location, pretty expansive place that seems perfect for business or a quick stay in the area. Room was very clean and tidy, lobby was a little outdated. The breakfast and specifically the waffles were the highlight of my stay here. Well kept breakfast station with good sausage, eggs, waffles, and potatoes, along with the normal continental breakfast cold/dry stuff. TONS of parking here; if you have a trailer this would be a great location for your truck.

Just kind of out of date. Carpet in halls and lobby are at the end of their life I would say. The pool is only open between Memorial day and Labor day, but I wouldn't have had time to use it while I was there anyway.

WE had to evacuate our home due to a major storm in the area. I booked for two days since the power was not expected to come back on. Luckily it did and I did not need the second day. Since I booked through booking, com I was not able to be reimbursed for the second night, I was hoping under the circumstances they could make an exception. I paid for the second night but did not use the room. Maybe someone else could have used that room since so many hotels were booked with local people.

Check in desk clerk was cheerful. Room was clean, spacious and quiet. Had dinner at the in house restaurant and the food was amazing and good priced. I asked for a late checkout and they were super accommodating. They gave me way later than what is usually allowed which I appreciated greatly because of my schedule.

There was one light that wasn't working(was not plugged in and no outlet to plug it into unless it was behind the bed) and no way to plug my phone in close to the bed.

Was a very quiet location.

The restaurant, The Beer Garden, wasn't a beer garden. Only fair selection. Didn't check food or stay because....Was very smokey(cigs) from folks standing outside smoking w the exit doors open. Music was incredibly loud-very off-putting atmosphere for hotel guests. The locals shooting pool were prob fine w it. Staff at front desk very apologetic and rec. some other places to eat fairly close by. Gorgio's was wonderful. The included breakfast the next morning was ok, pretty standard fare.

it was clean and roomy enough

The Pub was a huge disappointment. The only available wait staff was a bartender who was more interested in partying than serving us. we had to flag her down to get her to come take our order (which was incomplete when it came , but she wouldn’t know because she was ar the Karaoke mic singing ). We were never asked if we wanted a second drink . The singers, including the bartender were not good singers so the ridiculously loud volume made the experience painful. That the hotel is not responsive to the volume alone is a deterrent to using the hotel again.

I wasn't expecting much from a three-star hotel, but check-in was easy, the room was more spacious than I expected, and it had thoughtful amenities like power sources next to the bed and a refrigerator. I was in Utica for the Boilermaker and, even though the breakfast bar had not yet opened, the staff left out grab and go food for us runners who had to get up early. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

The only thing I didn't like was the price, but I cannot blame them for pricing what the market would bear during Boilermaker weekend.

Breakfast was good scramble eggs, sausage, bacon also Belgian waffles you make yourself. Dining room at night was opened at 4:00pm for dinner everything was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay. We probably will be back in the summer for a week stay.

Breakfast hours during the week was from 6:00 - 9:00 I wish they were the same as Saturday and Sunday which was from 7:00-10:00

We left a laptop behind in our hotel room, and the staff were very helpful and efficient in sending it to our destination. Thank you!

The default TV channel in the breakfast room is Fox News, a network that recently was ordered to pay $750 million in damages for purposely disseminating false information about the last national election. Not all of your clients being exposed to right wing propaganda.
