We loved KELLY the front desk lady!! She was the absolute best part of our stay! The location is perfect and the cleanliness was just right

The hotel is apparently being broken into by derelict and depraved individuals..entry doors, bathrooms, our own room..looked Jimmied, smashed, and absolutely broken into..I am assuming to gain access to public bathrooms, pool, workout area, the free breakfast, computers, ( to break into others rooms) and the laundry without payment...keep a lookout yo..the derils are coming to IHG..

The front desk staff were very nice, the room was clean and for once, the pillows were nice and firm, not squishy. I loved the fitness room, great equipment and I wish I could have used the pool but forgot my suit.

The bed was hard as a rock which really hurt and made sleeping nearly impossible. The walls are paper thin so I heard the extremely loud couple next door arguing early in the morning and then again at night.

The hotel was amazing, SPOTLESSLY CLEAN huge rooms, great variety for breakfast, both the breakfast area and the pool lead to the patio with tables and chairs as well as a firepit with Adirondack chairs they turn on at night. Every single employee was super friendly. We had 3 rooms (3 moms and 7 kids) we asked to be close together and if possible over a common area since we had all the little feet. They put us all together over the lobby. This has been the best hotel stay I've ever had. Literally zero complaints, we will absolutely be returning!

No complaints at all, the only bad part of our stay was not wanting to leave!

I liked the fact that there was staff at the hospitality desk 24 hours. This was a benefit.

I loved the hospitality, availability of pool and laundry. Rooms were very comfortable.

Lobby was beautiful and staff was very polite. The breakfast was really good. Liked that you had option to sit outside if you so wished. Loved the free parking and free breakfast. Room was very spacious and clean.

A lot of different foods. Hot foods were just ok. Bed and room were great. Lemon water and coffee were always available which was great

Pool was cloudy. Halls and outside was noisy until almost 11. Hotel doesn't take cash???

Breakfast was awesome, hot and lots to choose from. Location was great, just off the freeway.

There was no closet space and/or enough drawers to unpack your clothes.

The hotel is clean and the beds are super comfortable. The breakfast buffet is very nice. The staff at this location was exceptional! Very accommodating and super kind.

Very noisy neighbors one evening (a hickey team). But that’s not the hotel’s fault. That could happen at any hotel.

I was offered cleaning the next day. I left a few hours and told the concierge that I'll be leaving for a few hours and would like the room cleaned and refresh. They told me no problem. Upon my return all i noticed the only change the towels. They didn't do the bed or cleared the garbage. It looked disgusting. Other than that everything else was fine.

The location was great, the staff were very friendly and the room was clean.

It was a little noisy. For some reason we could hear the steps people would make whether they were above us or in the hall.
