The spacious room was indeed a delight to experience, offering ample space and comfort. It was furnished with a range of amenities designed to enhance your stay. The bed provided a truly restful experience, contributing to a good night's sleep. The selection of toiletries was made with consideration for the environment. Recycling options were conveniently available, promoting sustainability. The overall ambiance of the room was quite pleasing. These thoughtful details contributed to a positive and memorable stay.

The only thing that seemed missing was a hot tub.

The bed was super comfortable. For me, that was key! Great location, close to SUNY Poly which is what we wanted. The front desk staff were no-nonsense but nice.

The room wasn’t the cleanest but it wasn’t very dirty. The sheets had stains on them and the toilet bowl cover was yellowed, kind of gross. I wish the fitness room had a little more room, it felt crowded and the workout equipment was placed in front of the mirrors so it was hard to see your form when working out. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool but it looked nice and clean. The price for the night was very expensive.

I loved the large suite with the kitchenette and living room area. We were staying in the room for six days and not venturing out because I had my 92-year-old mother with us. We had taken her out of her retirement center for this visit. We live out of state and to visit her, we needed a larger, comfortable place to stay, and this was ideal for us. The staff was absolutely superb! I cannot say enough about how wonderful they were. And also, the breakfast was more than you can ask for. There were many choices and always enough available even if you came down right before they were going to stop serving.

I booked a handicap room. I was a bit disappointed to find out that the tub was not a walk-in shower type but a regular tub and that it did not have a handheld shower spray. It was impossible for me to get my mom who is in a wheelchair in the tub to bathe. A handheld showerhead is essential for handicap rooms. Also, the TVs were old and there was no guide to let you know what to find on the channels. It would have been nice to have smart TVs. Especially it being a Hilton family hotel, I was expecting a little bit more updated tvs.

Room was clean and the perfect size. Loved the fire pit in the back and the spacious lobby. Didn’t use the pool but it looked well kept.

The AC unit in our room was very loud and made a strange noise- we couldn’t sleep with it on. We asked for a room change, but the hotel was booked. The woman at the desk was very helpful and called the maintenance people, but they didn’t appear to be able to fix it.

This hotel by far is the best in this area. My husband and I have stayed at pretty much all the area hotels since our son goes to school in Utica. The reception desk had friendly people, the hotel was clean and the room was really nice. We stayed in a king studio and were not disappointed. The bed could have been a little softer, I'm like the princess and the pea, but my husband usually likes a hard bed but complained about this one. We didn't have a chance to enjoy the breakfast buffet but it looked like there was a variety of food. The coffee was excellent! And I was so happy they had my French vanilla creamer.

It’s a nice family hotel in a beautiful location. Closer to Hamilton college families esp during move-in time as we did. We saw a few deers and love the apple trees . Very close to Lowes departmental store for any last minute shopping for your freshman child!

The housekeeping service needs improvement; should be available everyday for room cleaning , this way the rooms will be maintained well with no garbage in the rooms.

Nice staff. Nice pool, good breakfast. Oneof the better stays i have had. The room.is big. Full sized fridge was nice. Family of 5 and we had plenty of room

The pull out coach has a very thin mattress. Not very comfortable. Ended up just having child sleep on it as a couch.

The breakfast was good. Rooms very clean and comfortable.

The pricing is high. I’ve stayed in other hotels which were just as good or if not better for less. And this is our second time here and the pool is ice cold. There is no warmth to be able to get in the darn thing. Like standing outside in the winter.

Everything! Love it and already booked & coming next Summer 2025.

I miss breakfast every day have been here for 2 weeks! Not an early riser….like if you kept breakfast going until 11 am

Everything about our room was perfect - the office table was adjustable, the bed was big and comfortable, the shower was roomy with a wall notch for shaving, the couch was classy, but reinforced with colored stitching on the cushions to delay wear-and-tear since it was a dog-friendly room. The property was beautifully landscaped and easily accessible for people with pets.

I cannot think of a thing.
