It was in Utica and had one room available when I needed to leave my AirBNB at 10pm the night before I had to be up for a race.

It was way overpriced for one night and the place definitely price-gouged for the Boilermaker event. I’m sure it happened everywhere but I still think it’s wrong considering many people are on tight budgets. The only reason I booked the room was because the affordable Airbnb I booked had a broken water heater that couldn’t be fixed for me to shower.

Breakfast was very good. Especially the scrambled eggs, sausages and waffles were really great. Good coffee, too.

Toilet handle broke so we resorted to removing the lid and manually flushing for the last two nights stay. Also the exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. Used towels were not replaced so we needed to request clean towels on the third day.

The convenience of the location of the hotel

The room was not cleaned very well. The floor had hair and dirt all over the room.

The covered enclosed walkway was nice. During the winter this feature would be great. The breakfast was wonderful!

The staff was amazing and the employees who put out the food for the breakfast were so nice The breakfast was delicious

There is nothing that I didn’t like

The breakfast was very good. The coffee was better than most places. The location was convenient. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great water pressure in the shower.

The pillows could have been fluffier. The outdoor doors didn't need a key to enter, which we prefer as a security measure. But we felt safe at this location so it wasn't an issue.

This turned out to he an acceptable, though older style, hotel. It could use more updating but was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, staff was great.
