I liked that it was close to many attractions, especially Sylvan Beach's Eddie's restaurant! Not to mention the Boxing Hall of Fame and the numerous stores close by, and the fact that it's right off of the NYS THRUWAY!

Not much to not like, but I would suggest that, if at all possible, anyone looking to book here should request a room on the same side of the main entry because the opposite side has the noise coming from NYS THRUWAY traffic, which could be a concern if you're a light sleeper or have little ones.

The location and cost both fit my needs. The desk staff was very pleasant and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. No frills just the basic necessities which was all I needed for a 1 night stay.

Breakfast could have been better. I am gluten free and lactose intolerant, breakfast choices consisted of a variety of toast and pastries and yogurt. Some fresh fruits would have been a plus. Thankfully there is a DD next door.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel to attend the Keith Urban concert at Turning Stone Casino. The hotel was easy to get to (right off the thruway) and was conveniently located one thruway exit away from the casino. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The breakfast was tasty but could have had more variety.

The location was great. The staff were friendly and checkin was quick and easy. The room had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. located next to a Dunkin’ and a gas station which made it convenient for us to get coffee and gas in the morning. The hotel does not have an elevator but it is only 2 floors so just be aware of that. The rooms have a Microwave and coffee maker. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

The only complaint that I have is the price. I felt that $132 was a bit high for a week day stay. It was $117 and some change and they added $15 for a pet.

Room was extremely clean; bed was comfortable.

Same thing I don't like at most hotels — continental breakfast had limited choices and did not have plant-based milk (I can't drink regular milk) so I couldn't eat the cereal.

lack of carpet made it easy to clean-but left us walking on floors that had snow & salt on it. Carpet near the bed would have been nice!

The breakfast and location was what I expected for economy lodging. I was very happy to find a clean room and bathroom.

The hallway carpeting was filthy and soiled. However, the room was very clean. Replacing the carpeting for non-slip flooring was smart and much easier to keep clean.

The location was perfect. Easy access to the Interstate and to downtown Canastota to dine out. Re: the breakfast. It looked fine, however we had plans to meet friends for breakfast nearby so we did not partake.

Fine as it is! I would definitely stay here again!

The staff were pleasant. The facilities were clean, and our room was clean.

The door to our room was VERY difficult to get into. The air conditioner was noisy, and so was the bed frame.

Super helpful staff, clean rooms, great location.

That I didn't know about it sooner. We were at another place before this one that was sketchy, to say the least, that we left.
