A beautiful property in a lovely location. Staff were very friendly, breakfast was tasty. Our first taste of pumpkin pancakes in keeping with the time of the visit and they tasted great!

My only gripe was the noise coming from next door. The neighbours and their tv were quite loud, however they did switch off by 11.30 and I feel If we had asked the owners to move our room they probably would have done as they were so accommodating with everything else. Also the neighbours left the next day and we had a really peaceful nights sleep. We were invited to do s’mores on our second and last evening but we were so tired after a round trip to Niagra that we went straight to bed but the invitation was a lovely gesture. We would go back in the future 100 percent.

Amazing!!!!!!! Fantastic!!!!!! Absolutely fabulous!!!! Owners- Josh and Keith have really created an absolutely wonderful environment for their guests! From carefully preserved décore and history of the inn, to the superb attention to the needs of the guests- all perfect! Our breakfasts so carefully and thoughtfully prepared from veggies from their garden and other local foods to comfort of the rooms and common spaces and firepit in the backyard that we enjoyed so much- couldn’t ask for anything better!!!! Thank you so very much and I hope to come back soon!!!!

Beautiful old (1852) house, much of it seemingly original, with wonderful real and reproduced antique furniture. The staff was fabulously friendly and helpful. Henry, who checked us in, couldn’t have done a better job, but the kitchen staff, who prepared and served 2 tremendous breakfasts during our stay, were even better. I highly recommend this B & B to anyone visiting the H of F (10 minutes walk) or visiting C-town for other reasons.

We visited Cooperstown last July for an art exhibit and fell in love with it! Today we left the Landmark Inn with gratitude for the huge degree of professionalism and hospitality from the owners and staff, from our greeting to the gorgeous room, to out gourmet breakfast. Personal attention to visitors needs and comfort was truly apparent when the owner told us that they wanted to tarp our oak artist easel to protect it against any possible dew overnight in their private parking lot. Spotting the copy of The Creative Act, by Rick Rubin in the sitting room, among other art books and seeing the contemporary original works on display made a big impact as well.

We couldn’t stay longer

Breakfasts were not only delicious, presented perfectly, and perfectly plentiful (not too much, not too little), but they were served beautifully. Wait staff, and the chef? Check-Plus! Th room and bathroom room were immaculate, king-sized bed very comfortable, bed linens excellent,as were towels, and everything else in the bathroom. Double shower!

Our stay at the Landmark was lovely. It is a beautiful property. The location is perfect- short walking distance to the town center. The house is beautifully preserved and designed with great taste. Our room- was spacious, warm and comfortable. Nothing was missing. Our breakfast was delicious. Nick, who welcomed us , was so kind and helpful. Thanks for an incredible stay.

The fact that we only had one night.

We loved this Bed and Breakfast! It was beautiful, comfortable, quiet, and very relaxing. The people there are so accommodating, sweet, and friendly! It was very clean too! The breakfast was delicious and the chef is amazing! The owner went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. We will be back for sure!

We had a wonderful stay. Nick greeted us at check-in and provided such helpful tips to get to know the town and where to eat. We arrived late afternoon and they made sure we were well informed on everything regarding the hotel. Upon arrival they informed us of a room upgrade, which was a lovely to receive as we were celebrating my husband's birthday and our babymoon. The room was clean, comfortable and beautifully furnished. They provided a booklet on the inn and Cooperstown. So many details. Breakfast was great, and the inn is so beautiful and tastefully decorated. Everyone in the staff was very nice and welcoming. We will surely return with friends and family.

We LOVED everything about the Landmark! Our room was lovely and the bathroom shower experience was the best we ever had! Vita's breakfasts were unbelievable and we couldn't believe it was all included with our stay! The staff...Nick, Terry, Amy, Ally all were wonderful and Vita of course! Everyone went out of their way to be kind and accommodating and truly wanted us to have a great time! Lots of wonderful recommendation's for things to do! We listened to everything! The location was perfect as we like walking as much as possible and so easy to do from the Landmark! We can't wait to return and thank you to everyone for the wonderful experience! We will definitely spread the word!! John and Keith...you did a great job with the Inn and picking your staff! They are exceptional!! Thank you all!!

The breakfast each morning was amazing. The chef really goes out of her way to make sure there is something special. The grounds are beautiful and the wildlife comes through the yard. It was wonderful to be there.

A few things would have made us a little more comfortable. It would have been nice to have more counter space in the bathroom and in the bedroom.
