The location was close to town, and there were several restaurants close. There were several choices available for breakfast, and everything was well stocked. Staff was friendly, especially the day we arrived.

The bathroom shower head needed a good cleaning and was corroded. There was a load noise constantly coming from the bathroom. It appeared to be a central exhaust that was vented in the bathroom with no off and on switch. It made it hard to sleep.

Location was perfect. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was okay but a little overcooked.

Breakfast was okay but somewhat overcooked. When I checked out it seemed like the desk clerk gave us a discount as the receipt showed about $9 off our two night stay. Clerk said he could do that so I thanked him only to find out later the full amount from the reservation was charged to my credit card.

Liked that there was Coffeemate and a healthier sausage choice

Breakfast was good - good selection and nice space.

We travelled by motorcycle and there was a lot of dew in the mornings. I would have appreciated if the property had made rags available at the front door for cleaning our motorcycle.

The window shades were made to not close all the way and a streetlight lit up our room all night, soooo hard to sleep. The breakfast was ok at best, no potatoes, eggs waaay over cooked…needs gravy

great little hotel in a good location. the breakfast was great to get you started and on your way. way too much plastic waste and not very environmentally friendly Though they need to do better with this. would deffo stay again.

The Holiday Inn Cooperstown is an easy drive to downtown where the MLB museum, shops, restaurants etc. are located. The staff was very friendly, we enjoyed having the breakfast included, the room was clean and comfortable.

There were not enough tables for breakfast - it was a challenge to find one in the mornings.

When checking out I think Gregory should have thanked us for staying there....asked us how our stay was and wished us a safe trip home. He should not be a manager on duty.

The room was clean, the internet was easy to access but most of all, the shower was exceptional. I told my wife that I would like to go back every day just to use that. What I also found to be a great idea is that instead of small bottles of shampoo etc, was they were in the shower on the wall in at eye level in squirt containers. But the shower itself left nothing to be desired. EXCEPTIONAL!

The toilet is at a height that is just perfect for my 7 year-old granddaughter. Also, there was no nightlight in the bathroom. The problem with that is one must turn on a light in order to see where you are and with the height of the toilet it is even more of a problem.
