The outside of the motel looks a bit old, but the interior is all remodeled. Our room looked just like the pictures. The bedding was new, a quiet air conditioner. While it’s a stone throw from the highway, we could not hear the highway in the building facing it. It seems like a great deal for this stretch of NY thruway. Breakfast is a muffin and coffee, but that was enough. We would stay there again without hesitation.

I love the location of this Super 8. It's a very easy stop off the highway and midpoint between New England and Western New York. Staff was so friendly and The front desk is open late, which is super convenient. They also have security cameras in their parking lot which is very important to us on road trips. The room is very straightforward but it did include a refrigerator/ freezer which I didn't expect but really appreciated for our food. I would totally stay here again, no fuss, no frills. Just a safe place to sleep that did not smell like an ashtray.

Like most economy places, the walls are pretty thin in the morning, it's hard if you want to sleep in. Definitely bring some earplugs. Oh there is also no elevator, it's not a deal breaker but it might matter to somebody.

So far the best Super 8 I have been (and I've been in several in different cities). Rooms were full renovated and the lobby gave us a very good impression.

The breakfast service. Just 2 chairs in the breakfast area. We had to take the food up to the room. Also limited options, as not fruit, no yogurt/cereal.

The Motel was very accommodating to two cyclists along the Erie Canal. A great stay. The front desk staff helped us with delivery food options, as there are some big hills between the Erie Canal bicycle trail, food options, and the motel.

The wifi in our part of the Motel did not work. It worked very well near the front desk (and business center).

Very clean, updated, nicely furnished, comfortable and quiet.

They advertise breakfast but there was only a few cold breakfast sandwiches and a carafe of coffee. That's not breakfast...

Great customer service. I had to cancel a night due to travel changes and they were very accommodating. Even though it was the same day and through a third party booking.

Ice machine was broken. 🫤

Room was very nice. Breakfast didn't have a lot of selection, but what they did have was excellent.

The coffee maker in the room didn't have a coffee pot to make the coffee in.

Location was good just off the highway. Big Queen beds.

Outdated hotel... old outdated bathroom from the 70's. Breakfast starts and ends too early 6-9am.

The hotel is conveniently located just off of the NY Thruway. The room accommodations were good, spacious and somewhat luxurious.

I arrived late and the room was at the rear of the building and had significant highway noise. As far away as the bottom of the stairway I heard unusually loud and vulgar conversation. Just my luck the "party" was in the adjacent room and across the hall. The next morning I overheard hallway conversations among the housekeepers and a subsequent brief direct discussion confirming that the "drunkfest" was even bigger than I had thought. There was mention of likely hangovers and etc. The guest behavior was not the fault of the hotel personnel and management. The "breakfast" was a joke.
