The stay was lovely. The hotel matches the architectural style of Inzell. It was nicely decorated with photos of Inzell and relevant historical sport photos. The room was nice, and a good size. It also had a balcony and a lovely view. The bathroom had a tub and shower and was clean. The breakfast was amazing, it was a buffet with a lot of options, it was nicely presented and was delicious. Ate at the restaurant for dinner one night, there were a few different types of schnitzel, which were really good. can not provide details on the spa as I did not have time to use it, it was unclear what was available at the spa for guests to use for free. Make sure to use the ‘chiemkarte’ as it allows visitors to access activities in Inzell and the surrounding area for free. English is not spoken much in Inzell, but I was able to communicate in English with the hotel staff.

I arrived little late and the reception was closed. Still I had no issues with getting the room. I really like the friendliness of the staff and the location. Also I traveled with a little dog and I had no issues with the hotel to accommodate my pet. To my surprise hotel has not changed any fees to “clean” the room.

For us it was perfect location - just across the swimming lake. We liked our room - quite spacious with a balcony and the territory around the hotel - a nice lawn where we could put a picnic mat and allow our baby to crawl.

I didn’t fully get the idea about cleaning- they don’t come to clean your room by default, you need to request for this. I think it can be not very handy sometimes.

Dream location, friendly staff. We checked in around 9 PM. The room was clean, spacious, and had a terrace, complimentary 2 bottles of water. Parking cost €5/night extra. Exceptional breakfast with a wide variety of food. The hotel bar is open until 1:00 AM for drinks.

Decent quiet comfortable room ,very clean ,easy free parking and decent half board food in the restaurant at night and great breakfast selection.

It’s a basic budget hotel not really comparable with a typical Austrian 4star more like a 3star but ok for a quick stopover . Spa closed (which seems to be the norm )

The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are big enough. For breakfast, there is a variety of delicious food. The hotel's location is very good: It is only 10 minutes from the town centre, and parking is just outside the hotel. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom is quite small, but everything else is very nice.

nice big rooms. Great breakfast, many different things to choose from. Dinner was delicious. From our balcony, we could see the mountains.

The mattress or the support of it needs some improvement. It felt like the middle is deeper than the rest of the bed.

I like the overall ambiance of the place! It was a mix of modern and traditional. The room was bigger than we expected, very cozy upon entering it, we really had some comfortable nights. The staff were also so friendly, so hospitable! Everyone were so attentive and knows you need something before you even ask! It was also my husbands birthday and they went an extra mile on the greeting request that I asked to be on the room, he received instead a glass of champagne and a fruit fondue platter upon checking in on their beautiful lounge! Their receptionist team Danika (if I remember it right) & Florin, plus the super friendly bartender were just superb! You can tell they really love what they do, amazing people! If not because of work, we could've extended our stay for one more day.

We find the bathroom size practical. But if we will compare it to the size of the room plus the balcony, we hoped it could've been bigger.

Staff were really friendly and there was lots of choice for breakfast. You also get a card which enables you to do lots of activities for free in the area (e.g. mini golf, thermal spa, cable car etc.).

€5 Euro parking fee per day, I would rather this just be included in the price!

Location was pretty good if you like to stay in between the mountains with all greenery around. Also breakfast was good with lot of options to eat. Room was clean.

Not sure who was on the helpline when i called the property she was bit rude but rest all the staff be it housekeeping, restaurant guys and reception person, all were quied humble and good.
