Very spacious rooms, amazing breakfast and friendly staff. Easily accessible from Liège-St Lambert station. Nice that in the lobby free water and apples are always available. The location is close to the center, however it is located on a hill so be ready to walk up it every evening, but it’s not too bad.

Cleanliness could be improved, a pillow had an oily stain and the chair had chocolate stains. Sometimes the cleaning staff would forget to leave some things they change every day.

Good location just across Liege Saint Lambert station connected with regular trains to Liege Guillemins. 15 mins away from Montagne de Bueren, Musee de la Vie wallone and other monuments. Friendly and welcoming reception/breakfast staff. Clean room and comfortable mattress. Cosy but small lounge.

Neighbourhood a bit dodgy in the late evening. I hit my head a few times because of the low ceiling in the room. I suggest adding a sign or paint it with a brighter colour to avoid hazards.

The location is in the downtown but far from the notices, breakfast is good and the most I liked is the STAFF very helpful and always ready to give a hand. Rooms are spacious

The cleaning staff of the rooms not replacing properly the items that been used e.g water, coffee some kind of towels, I think they don’t have a proper procedure.Shower area always messy with the water as the curtains is not suitable there.

This is an ideal hotel when you are travelling on business. It has everything you need and the staff are very attentive. Rooms are really clean and comfortable. A desk, decent coffee machine, fridge, wifi and a great shower all add up to an ideal resting place after work.

Evening menu is limited to salads, pizzas and sandwiches. Ideal for my needs, but if you want something more substantial then you'll need to explore one of the many restaurants nearby. Car parking instructions are a little complicated but the hotel staff are on hand to help if you get stuck.

Helpful, service-minded staff. Nice, quiet and spacy room. Amazing bathroom with lots of space and a place to sit in the shower. The aircon was needed and worked well.

The only drawback was quite intense traffic in the area around the hotel when we were there. Arriving and leaving the hotel (the parking area near the hotel) during rush hours was a bit of a challenge even with GPS. This is perhaps more of a Liege issue than an issue with the hotel.

Hotel is conveniently located across from the Saint Lambert train station. Staff were welcoming and helpful in pointing out the hotel facilities and historic landmarks on the map.Rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. My only issue is that the room temperature is controlled by computer from reception. It was very cold at check-in and the receptionist was able to set it at 22° but in the morning it was down to 18 Celsius and the fan was blowing frigid air.

A very elegant and sleek hotel right downtown, next to Place Saint Lambert and the main shopping streets in the city centre. Minimalist and tasteful design in the room. Quiet location, although so close to the city centre and its inevitable hustle and bustle.

Clean and convenient- 40 min drive to SF.

Unfortunately there is some sort of construction going on - Booking.com could have made us aware prior to arrival due to a long road trip. From the foyer to the room ….. it’s clean, smell nice and it’s the standard you’d expect from a chain of hotels

Very nice hotel in the city center. Room was spotlessly clean and huge with nice bathroom. Lady at the reception ( right desk) was really kind and helpfull. She was trying to find a good restaurant with french cuisine for 20 minutes. Her help was highly appreciated. Hotel is really good value for the money. Last but not the least bed was amazingly confortable. We did not have a breakfast in the hotel so I can not comment on that part, because there are so many nice places to eat in the city :)

I like most that we were given a room before the official check-out time. We left Germany very early to see more of the city. I think that it was so kind to do that. The staff who attended to our check-in arrangement was very polite, swift and very helpful, too. I told my husband that we will only stay in this hotel whenever we are in Liege.
