Some of the family became ill during our visit. The staff went above and beyond to help us with the situation. The door man was always available to greet us and assist us, in general just welcome us; even working on his English for our benefit. He truly made our stay special, something we will never forget. The hotel has some bad reviews about cleanliness, rude staff, loud parties, horrible breakfast. Honestly we experienced none of this. The cleaning staff were so thorough and efficient. The breakfast was better than expected. It was always quiet! And the staff were amongst the most attentive and patient we've ever experienced. A bonus for us was the security. You can't even get on the room wing without a key, nor the elevator. This helped a lot in feeling secure during our stay. I would 100% recommend this hotel to travelers. We would absolutely stay again. Oh, and all the services you would need are within walking distance. Even a huge mall.

Price was more than we expected for Mexico and the location. It's NOT a tourist type destination.

Rooms were spotless and very comfortable, but what I most appreciated was how efficient and kind the staff were. I had a noise complaint in the wee hours of the morning, and was quickly transferred to a new room.

Room service wasn't available, which was a problem. Location also isn't amazing, but then again Toluca is a pretty horrible city so whatever neighborhood, this would be the same.

The hotel was well kept and very clean. The room was clean and spacious with air conditioning and our bed was very comfortable, made daily, and clean towels were supplied daily. Breakfast was delicious with many options. I will definitely stay here again.

Excellent location next to Metepec, not my first time in this hotel but I always appreciate amenities the staff. I consider also this hotel as an excellent choice for longer stay and an excellent choice if you are looking for value for money and quality sleep

Only negative point, some works down the corridor but to me honest absolutely no annoyance. Breakfast could be better

Everything was truly excellent ~ welcoming staff ... very clean ... very quiet ... very comfortable room ... loved the extremely comfortable bed ... good, safe parking.

Hot breakfast items (eggs, oatmeal, etc) were barely warm, almost inedible. Stick with bread and yogurt.

The only thing I didn´t like was the noise from the lobby at night. I could hear it in my room, I don´t know if there were activities those days but it was very noisy.

The hotel needs maintenance, the elevator from the parking lot looks old and it is bumpy, the walls need some painting, and the curtains of the room have small holes in it. In general the hotel looks old on the inside

I enjoyed my stay here. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and breakfast is tasty.
