The staff was very friendly. The food and atmosphere at the restaurant was just what we had hoped after a full day of driving. Nice rooms,, esp the bedroom with beds for 3 with a window to the inner courtyard

The bathrooms need refurbishing and renovation. Very clean but also very outdated (handheld shower hose in bath). The coffeemachine actually has great coffee but the breakfast could use some improvement, variety and inspiration

Located near the famous Taize Community (our main reason for the choice) and opposite a fantastic 17th century chateau which was open (in October!) and gave us a reason to stay an extra night. The hotel restaurant provided an excellent service (with one exception below) Situated in Cormatin, the centre of France - good place to stop when one is passing across France!

1. The restaurant was closed on Sunday (luckily there were others nearby) 2. The wifi was awful. This even made paying by credit card time-consuming! 3. The door to our room made a dreadful squeak every time it closed (must have woken all the other guests)

Charming small hotel with good restaurant, delightful family who own it, set in a nice village opposite Chateau de Cormatin, really worth visiting. Surrounded by fascinating towns and villages and close to the vineyards with beautiful views.

The location was perfect for our visit to Cormatin Chateau. Parking was close by and easy. Staff were friendly and had a good meal.

Space was a bit tight around bed.

The hotel looks old and needs refurbishing but it is clean and the atmosphere was very good and the personnel extremely friendly; The food in the restaurant was very tasty and the view from the window was great!

Lovely village, great location. The hotel was very nice, the restaurant was closed unfortunately (Sunday) but we had a very nice meal in the restaurant two doors down.
