Simple but warm family-run hotel. Good location, very friendly and efficient staff. Medium size bedroom and bathroom with comfortable bed. The bar and restaurant are excellent! Breakfast was also very good.

Nothing really. There are steep stairs to the rooms but it is understandable from an old historical building. Could provide some complimentary water in the room.

My wife and I were made very welcome by the owners and later had a splendid meal in the Hotel. We had chosen the Hotel because of its proximity to the Voie Vert cycle track. As we were between Dijon and Macon hotels on the route are very welcome. The room we were given was very comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was good and the storage offered for our bikes was excellent.

Very close to the city centre of Cluny, in an old building full of charm, the family-run Hostellerie is a very pleasant place to stop. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms comfortable and clean. The real surprise was the restaurant where we had a fine dinner, and the next day's breakfast was full of excellent choices.

The Hostellerie is on the main road to Cluny, so it is a little busy.

Perfectly located for Cluny, exceptional welcome and service from staff. Comfortable big-sized room and good bed. Shower was very efficient. Dinner was wonderful and well served in a lovely dining room. A totally pleasant experience and we will return.

Very helpful staff, with our heavy load, and need for some refrigerator space. Our room was very large and comfortable. Although we only had breakfast, the dining area looked elegant and inviting. We'll surely eat a real meal there if we return.

We were bothered by street noise because the windows had to be open due to a very hot night without air conditioning. A fan was provided.

Fantastic nice staff - husband and wife team who were super welcoming and the wife is a fluent English speaker. All the staff were excellent. The dinner was outstanding - remember to book!!

Probably OK but the parking is out on the street overnight. We were on the top floor (no lift) but this could be an issue for some people.

Lovely restaurant and hotel, right on the river. The owner/manager was a wonderful hostess, and they accommodated my wife’s dietary restrictions. Wonderful food! And a very nice stay.

Breakfast was good, nice choice of foods. Parking is across the street in a free public lot. Need car to get to Cluny abbey from hotel.

It's a simple establishment but was perfectly comfortable and has an absolutely wonderful restaurant. Our dog was grumpy and barked at the lady owner in the dining room, but she was unfazed and didn't get angry. We put the dog in our room after that as the dining is quite formal. Really enjoyed our stopover and Cluny is lovely!
