The hotel was right in the center of town. We enjoyed being able to walk in any direction and easily find food, shopping, and the abbey complex. The staff were very responsive and helped make sure that our arrival, later in the evening, was very easy.

As advertised, the hotel did not have air conditioning and we greatly appreciated having a rotating fan to move the cool air from outside around the room.

Perfect location in the very center of Cluny. Nice and friendly host, cute and clean room. The linen was fantastic for a good sleep. The hotel is a hidden gem in the middle of the region!

The hotel is being tastefully renovated and our room was simply but very nicely appointed, and comfortable. Not luxury but very good value for money and the staff were super-friendly.

All original charm of the hotel still there, with wonderful beamed plafonds à la française, but freshly decorated rooms and air conditioning, along with comfortable beds and a generous breakfast, with kindly staff, made ours an excellent stay.

The manager was absolutely brilliant, friendly and very helpful. the location is perfect and value for money is unbeatable. Fresh croissant form Next door Bakery...fresh coffee...what else?

Very close to the bus stop and near a pretty part of the town.

Very basic and very poor internet connection in my bedroom. No sitting out room just the entrance area where they also serve breakfast.
