A brief but very pleasant stay at Aloha on the Ganges in Rishikesh. We booked a two bedroom standard suite and were pleasantly greeted with welcome tikka, mala, refreshing lemon and mint drink and a surprise suite upgrade upon check in. The property at Aloha is exceptional - modern, spacious, clean and very comfortable, with every convenience catered to. The view of the Ganges from the many several vantage points was a highlight of this property. We were also incredibly impressed with the customer service throughout, but especially when we discovered we had left some items in a drawer during our stay. Staff went above and beyond to work with us to locate the cables and post them to us rapidly ahead of our return home to Australia. We could not be more appreciative of the kindness and service of Aloha on the Ganges.

Room service was extremely overpriced and the buffet breakfast was underwhelming as well.

The location, expanse, feel of the property was so good. It was relaxing and soothing. Felt very comfortable. The staff were courteous and very warm. The chef, Yogesh created magic in every meal. He also attended us personally and took feedback. The fact that the property is right on the bank of maa Ganga is the clincher. Loaded with luxuries and the evening Ganga Aarti that made us feel elated. Evening cultural programme by the local artiste on Friday was the stealer and it was very entertaining! We stayed 3 nights at the hotel and everything was exceptional. An environmentally conscious hotel (no plastic used, food served to room in tiffin box) friendly staff, great location and great food. There were several activities for keeping the kids engaged. The ganga aarti at the property every evening was a bonus. I will happily recommend this hotel to others.

The road leading to the property is very narrow and not in a good condition. The road doesn't belong to the property and is owned by the government.

The hospitality was truly top-notch, with every staff member going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The service was impeccable—attentive, prompt, and genuinely warm. Absolutely Nothing

Everything was good. The staff was very helpful. Location and food was excellent.

The approach road is the only drawback but if you have a car it can be ignored. Garden facing apartments did not really have a garden view. The kitchenette could be little better equipped.

The view of ganga through out the property and particularly from the swimming pool was outstanding. The Ganga Aarti was a blissful experience. The staff were very helpful and cordial.

The property is 100 meters away from the main road and this part of the road is not paved properly.

Beautifully located property with lovely and scenic views of the river Ganga. Excellent Breakfast - both the spread and the taste. Very warm and hospitable staff. Lovely Ganga Arti.

Approach to the property - unpaved and broken last 500 metres. No resort facilities to take you to the river. A little noisy with big groups present.

What a restorative treat! From the refreshing and inspiring views to the lovely room, beautiful grounds, interesting activities, and helpful staff, this hotel is well designed and welcoming. Wish we could have stayed longer and definitely dream of returning!

The property needs an renovation, the bathrooms had a bad smell with paint chipping of in places.
