First impressions of hotel very favourable with three floor atrium artistic and beautifully decorated. Our two rooms were equally well appointed - bathrooms smaller than some places but great showers. Garden rooms view over large lake lovely. Rooms nicely detailed and subtle lighting. Beds and pillows really comfortable. Front desk always helpful with advice for any question . Jacqueline over two days just splendid ! Buffet food quality excellent- real coffee, range of hot and cold delicacies, nice bakery products and fresh fruit. Service discrete and friendly. Large natural light , recently refurbished wellness/spa complex in basement with pool , variety of hot rooms and treatments. Sauna indoor and I think also outdoor requires just towels. Boutique hotel that certainly delivers !

The hotel was well located in Landau. The hotel environment is very nice, friendly staff. We did not have the opportunity to try the restaurants; however, the hotel is at proximity from the center. I recommend taking the breakfast with the package (all food outlets in the surrounding do not open before 10am)

Frankly, I do not have much to say about dislikes. One additional recommendation, if you are coming with car and want a shaded parking, you can use the parking for the hotel; however, by saving a couple of euros you can park in front of the hotel for half the price. I opted for the closed parking.

I was hesitant to stay here based on the ratings. However, it surpassed all my expectations! The lobby is absolutely beautiful, the decor was unique and exciting (I even contacted one of the artists to commission a peice). The pool/sauna area was extremely relaxing. I stayed in a villa which was worth the price. However, I do understand that staying in this area is quite expensive.

Excellent, central location, only a short walk away from the Universum Theater which hosts the fabulous Palais Landau Dinner&Show. Amazing sauna& indoor swimming pool complex. Fantastic, extensive buffet breakfast catering for all tastes. Big emphasis on environmental sustainability &protection. Warm&friendly welcome from the very experienced staff- a luxurious home from home atmosphere.

Stunning view over lake. Warm and comfortable. Tasteful artwork. Superb breakfast and service. Staff kind and helpful. Short walk from railway station and close to centre. Adjacent to theatre. Good local walks around old ramparts.

Pool temperature cool and slightly surprised that after earlier successful visit the sauna ‘on request’ was not available until 4pm .

This is a beautiful place I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would recommend it. Landau is a lovely town as well.. There is an on-site restaurant and the dining was fine. Rooms looked over the roof tops in one direction or over a small lake on the other side

Sadly the on-site restaurant (in common with lots of places in Europe) was closed Sunday night

Our room in the new part of the hotel was very nice, comfortable and spacious. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Dinner in the restaurant was flawless and breakfast was excellent! Their hotel bar is also recommendable.

Nothing really. If I absolutely have to say something, it's that the new part is a tad far from the reception/restaurant/bar and the elevator is slow.

This is a lovely place with a strong vibe of the Jugendstil about it. Rooms were very well provided with all facilities necessary. A lovely peaceful place within walking distance of Ostpark and local cafes and restaurants

Restaurant closed Sunday evening - it had been a lovely experience with excellent food on the Thursday!!

The most establish hotel in landau

The room a bit small. We booked for 3 beded room . And the sofa bed was left unset and we gonna find the way to set up ourself . And no kettle in the room too. Probably the first hotel come without a kettle in Europe that I ever been

Nice room on the 3rd floor (under roof) of the Villla am Park. Comfortable beds, very nice linen. Newly renovated. Bathroom in grand old style with modern walk-in shower. Nice view onto the big pond with ducks and geese. Plenty of nature sounds!

We ordered 2 separate single beds and ended up with one bed, 2 mattresses. (I should have said something when we were shown the room ...) There was a small leak in the bathroom.
