Stayed here for 5 nights with my family and I have to say - this is one of the best properties I have stayed at. The location is just perfect for exploring NYC. With the Exchange Place PATH train station just downstairs, you are 1 station away from lower Manhattan (WTC). There is a tram stop right outside the hotel that takes you to Newport Center mall and Hoboken. The Paulus Hook ferry terminal is a 5 min walk allowing one to cross over to lower-Manhattan or a longer ride to the Manhattan Midtown-West terminal on 39th st (IMO, best way to get to Midtown from this hotel). Alternatively, one can just walk north/south along the waterfront; also a great route for morning runs. The area is always buzzing since office workers use it for their commute. There are 4-5 restaurants close-by for dinner options. The hotel itself offers a sumptuous breakfast - eggs / bacon / sausages / hash-browns / bagels / fresh fruit / cornflakes / pancakes / waffles / ... As I had booked way in advance, I got a really good deal, considering the location.

We absolutely loved everything about your hotel.

Exceptional location for transport connection to Manhattan and Liberty Island, exceptional Manhattan views. Great local eating options and a supermarket nearby. Comfortable large family rooms with kitchen area. The staff were great and made an effort to make our stay special. The rooftop bar owned separately is accessible via hotel and has phenomenal views and a decent menu / cocktail happy hour 5-6pm.

Breakfast was slightly disappointing. No bacon was provided and scrambled eggs were a little dry, also service closes at 9am during week. However fruit plates and breads/ pastries were good.

I had two rooms for a family of 6. One was with 2 queen beds, which was very clean and nice. And another was with one king bed which was also very clean and awesome. 10 exchange place has 24 hours parking for USD 27 which was great prize in the area.

Apartment service was very slow. We asked for spoons since my doordash food delivery service did not had spoons. I had to call twice and still it took more than half an hour for them to deliver spoons. Coffee maker water tank was very dirty in one of the rooms, we decided to not use them. We asked for a kettle to heat water for my tea and again it took long time and 2 calls for them to bring it:

Reception staff was super-helpful with everything and our very special thanks go to Trudy-Ann G., who solved all issues and represented a unique stance towards the customer, bringing back faith in us to be treated not as regular visitors but someone a bit more unique. Her involvement was a great and decisive addition to overall experience connected with staying in this hotel. Good breakfast, although no changes in the menu there. Rooftop experience invaluable!

The sofas are almost impossible to sleep on - this is a misunderstanding to treat this piece of furniture as a place to sleep for two, even children. Those sofas are to be avoided.

Location was perfect , staff was pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was wonderful , room was nice and had a very comfortable bed...

First night of our stay after driving 14 hrs , we were put in a room directly above a construction crew that ran a jackhammer until 4am keeping us awake all night. I was to exhausted after driving to get them to change my room , so we just dealt with it, but the problem was the fact that they knew this work was being done and put us in that room not having the decency to put us as far away from it as possible. Did not try to offer any sort off compensation or discount really deplorable...

The family room was spacious and clean. Beds comfortable. Friendly staff. The location was excellent. We arrived by car and were able to easily park it across from the hotel for USD 27 per night using an arrangement with the hotel. Travelling to Manhattan was also very easy, the PATH train stop is right across from the hotel and takes around 10 mins / 1 stop to the WTC in Manhattan. Gorgeous views of the Manhattan skyline from the rooftop bar / breakfast room. Rooftop Bar has lovely outdoor seating area - nice atmosphere.

The breakfast was ok but not great. Expected more for the money. Rubbery eggs, terrible bread, sweetened cereal & yoghurt. Coffee served only in paper cups so got cold quickly. Maybe also ask for a higher floor when booking, as we were on the 4th floor above the garbage bin collection area of the hotel, and were woken up early with the noise.

Directly in front of Path train entrance. Fantastic breakfast with amazing view of the City. Fast room service. Reasonably priced. Beds and pillows were comfy. Very clean. There is a small park directly in front of the hotel which was perfect for our needs that day.

We asked for early check in if possible and the woman at the counter took my phone number and said I'd get an email or text when a room opened up. I never got one and I called a few hours later and that's when they told me it was ready. We were waiting with a young child and suitcases with family that had arrived from out of the county. It would've been nice to get that text or email.

Fantastic location for visiting NYC as PATH is only 50m from hotel, which takes you to the main hub at WTC. There is also a good shopping mall at Newport Centre which is only 10mins on the tram which the station is located next to hotel entrance. Brilliant rooftop bar to enjoy the New York skyline. The area around the hotel is superb as there is a pier and various walkways. I would highly recommend this hotel if visiting NYC.

Room decor could be updated, and would've been nice to have a room with a skyline view.

This time is the 2. time, that we visited NY. We flew from Austria to airport Newark. Therefore I booked this Hotel in Jersey City, which located at exchange place 1. The Path Train is next to the Hotel, by which we could reach WTC (only one station) very fast. There are two Hyatt's at exchange place 1. Last time I booked another Hyatt hotel, which is s litte bit more expensive than this one. This Hotel is Hyatt house, a little bit budgeter one. Because during new year time, all Hotels are very expensive. I decided to book this budgeter one to save some money.-:) From platform of exchange place the skyline of NY is so beautiful!

I have an international credit card, which works everywhere, But in this hotel my card did work. Thank god I have also applepay, by which I paid the hotel. Otherwise I did not know what should I do? Some staffs on frontdesk were not so friendly.
