Nice modern, convenient hotel in good location. Covers all the essentials, including a decent breakfast. Walking distance to sights around downtown Jersey City. Good access to Holland Tunnel (and NYC!). Good size room. Very nice views. Nice bathroom. Nice large beds. Good internet. Close to mall and fast food. Friendly staff. It’s not fancy, but it was modern and met all our needs.

Only minor issue: we walked barefoot in the hotel room, and our feet got fairly dirty…

Breakfast was fantastic, not much diversification, but it was very good. I would add some options for lactose intolerant and celiac people, but they could probably have helped if I asked. Rooms were spacious and always very very clean. The staff was always ready to help however they could and always very friendly. The position is great, careful though, now you can’t travel from New York City to New Jersey with the same metro card, but you have to buy a new ticket. Rooms were very quiet even if the hotel is on a busy street. There’s a target and a different supermarket close to the hotel, also a pizzeria and other places to eat fast food and buy other things.

We booked a room for 6 people and we knew it would have had a sofa bed instead of a third bed, but the sofa bed could not be considered as such. It had practically no mattress, very worn out, VERY VERY uncomfortable! Like, we got backaches for a week because of that. And when we told them, the only thing they could do was give us ONE blanket to put on the “mattress” to make it “more comfortable”. I would recommend just paying for a second room and not for the sofa bed thing. That will ruin your sleep and your vacation.

We loved the location. It was quiet and convenient. We were able to walk to the path station and the Newport mall. There is also a target and some other stores beside the hotel and we enjoyed a pizza from Papa John’s during our stay which was about a 5 min walk away. We could also see the Empire State Building from our room. The staff were really nice and the rooms were lovely.

The breakfast was good but the breakfast area is quite small. This makes it difficult to get what you want when it is busy and some of your breakfast goes cold while waiting. The dining area for breakfast is in the lobby. We were also disappointed by the sofa bed in the room. I am a single mum with two teens. As one is a boy and one is a girl, we all want separate beds. The bed settee mattress was not fit for purpose.

This place is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are very spacious, staff is very friendly. Leo is great, helpful and so kind. We loved being just outside Manhattan. It was a bus ride away. New York is busy and can be very overwhelming. It felt good to come home to a quiet place.

It's a bit far from everything. You have to do a lot of walking to get to the public transport and nearby facilities.

Receptionist was terrible, not a small smile on his face and being a bit rude when he answers you back although I didn't say anything to him and although I booked 2 rooms and 1 was only ready at 4 pm when I arrived although check in is 3 pm but still I wasn't upset or angry but the way he didn't smile or say any welcome words wasn't so nice and I Kade the comment straight forward in his face and he responded back very calmly and didn't react or apologized for his rude way..... This did not give me a good impression about the hotel but other than this everything was OK....

The receptionist and his rude way , not welcoming and his name was Leo and I think he is assistant manager which makes it worse cause a person with his position doesn't know how to treat his residents that's really so weird and cruel......

Mattresses too soft for a six night stay. The property is far from public transport and in not a very appealing neighborhood.

The hotel's location is very convenient in many ways. There is a metro station at a walking distance, there you can take the path train straight to the oculus/world trade center station and you are in downtown in a very short time. Also, there is a shoppingmall, a big super market(target),a very big liquor store all in a walking distance. The breakfast is very good compared to my old USA stays. There are different types of eggs, bacon, sausages, changes daily. Also cheese, pancakes, bagels, jams, tea/coffee, fruit were served. The room was really big enough, 2 king size beds, a very big shower /wc which were all clean and convenient. I strongly recommend this hotel. it was a very good choice for us.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful, and supportive . The location is excellent—situated in New Jersey right next to New York, making it very convenient for sightseeing and commuting. The nearest train station is Newport (Jersey City, NJ), about a 10-minute walk for adults and around 15 minutes with kids. From there, it’s just a 10-minute train ride to the World Trade Center and New York City. There’s also another station, Grove Street, about a 20–25 minute walk. The area around the hotel is quite convenient with plenty of stores nearby, including Target, ACME, Best Buy, and Papa John’s. Breakfast was good, though options were somewhat limited. However, it was more than enough to fill you up until the evening. They offered eggs, omelettes, sausages, juices, fruit yogurts, cereals, fresh fruits, and all-day coffee. The room was spacious and comfortable. It had an additional pull-out bed under the sofa, which made it easy for our family of five to sleep comfortably. Great value for money to visit New York. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel for families visiting the New York/New Jersey area!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were especially impressed by the excellent service and amenities provided. A special shout-out to Nayelis at the front desk — she was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. We arrived early from New York and she gently accommodated our request to store luggage, which made our day much easier. What stood out even more was her thoughtful gesture of texting us as soon as our room was ready — such a personal and helpful touch! The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, truly offering a sense of luxury at a very affordable price. If you’re someone who appreciates both elegance and value, this is a must-stay. Parking is available for $40 per night, which is convenient for travelers with a car. Another plus for me was the black coffee available — simple but so satisfying! And the free breakfast was fresh and delicious, a great way to start the day. Overall, the combination of a great location, luxury-level rooms, and warm, attentive staff makes this hotel highly recommended. I would absolutely stay here again! Lastly the 150$ deposit was credited to my account within 20 mints of my checkout. Great

The location of the hotel was close to a mall, Target, a grocery store, multiple gas stations, and the subway station. Everything was within a 15 minute or less walking distance. The gym had an amazing view of NYC, so being able to workout and enjoy the scenery was a plus for me! Everyone from the staff that I encountered were friendly and that was greatly appreciated 👍🏾.

It was a celebration for my 50th birthday. The view from my window was of the back windows of apartments and a side view of the hotel roof. It would have been nice if my check in date and BD were noticed as being the same.😔 The breakfast for the 4 days I was there, was just okay. There weren't many gluten free choices (fruit) and the juices weren't (orange and apple) tasty at all.
