We enjoyed our stay very much and the skyline views from the hotel room was wonderful. The main street was only a few blocks and on the waterfront there were several restaurants. The neighborhood was calm and not anyway near as crowded as any Manhattan street. Great location with easy access to the Path train (10 minutes walk) and the ferries (20 minutes walk) so could reach Midtown or lower Manhattan within 20-30 minutes depending on the selected transportation. The Newport Centre was nearby as well and only a few stops by light rail. Newark airport and city is also easily reached by train or taxi Would definitely go back

The water pressure in the shower and toilet wasn't that good so we struggled a bit with flushing and washing of the soap - but nothing we couldn't handle

The location is excellent, with a view of NYC from our bedroom. From the hotel you can walk to shops and restaurants in Hoboken. Breakfast at the restaurant was good. Good coffee. Courteous staff.

We had stayed here three or four years ago, and noticed that this time it was not as good as during our first stay. This includes the restaurant, as well as the room furniture. There weren't a lot of people there.

The hotel’s location and suite view are amazing, and that alone made my stay enjoyable and a wonderful experience. The staff were very welcoming.

There’s room for improvement, such as replacing the carpet, enhancing sound insulation, and including breakfast as part of the stay package.

The rooms were nice and appointed well.

The valet parking attendants were aggressive and poorly trained. I had experienced the same mistake as my guest when trying to park and the attendants yelling at us as if we are there every weekend. We are not. They asked us to pull up with poor signaling and scream at us (customers) when we were not clear with their directions when asking again. Never experience such poor service.

I absolutely loved the location! The Hudson River view is everything! The bar downstairs is pretty good too and the hotel is surrounded by our many good bars in Hoboken

The only thing I did not take advantage of was the valet service. It looked like the attendant couldve used some helped instead of him doing everything but I can't complain about anything

The location is great, the rooms are huge and the bathrooms are modern. The staff was mega helpful and welcoming! The valet was great, we didnt have to worry about parking:-) The breakfast was great and waitress was super kind and friendly to our daughters!

Location is great for visiting our daughter at Stevens. Hoboken has a nice small town vibe with big city energy…Easy to access the PATH and get into Manhattan. Clean, beautiful hotel with a great staff.

It is expensive, but W Hotels offer a vibe ;) and it is much cheaper than staying at a W in Manhattan!

Their computers were down when I tried to check in at 3pm, I couldn’t check in until 9pm at night due to their computers being down. Huge problem since I was there for a graduation and needed to shower and change after a long drive. And the price for the night was doubled because it was fleet week, so I paid about $600 for staying less than 12hrs at the hotel! They offered a free drink to compensate! I didn’t even use that coupon! The staff was very nice though.

The staff were all very helpful. The room, a wonderful room, was a good size. I appreciated the coffee machine. The staff who clean the rooms were very nice.

The internet system. It isn’t a great quality and it’s very clunky to log into.

The staff was top notch. The breakfast was delicious.Beds were comfy.And the view is to die for.

Cost was a bit pricey, especially for parking.
