we had room service breakfast ...brilliant. Everything was just lovely. So helpful. Free travel card and discounts to attractions. Lovely position almost on the lake. Staff delighful. The most amazing suite with two of everything, two TVs, two sinks, two rooms, two toilets, two double wardrobes, two sofas, two tables, two balconies and even two big proper keys, with those old fashioned tassles. Old lovely hotel with new ideas. so good, so good, so good!

we loved everything, except for the price of everything. If really picky a direct entrance/exit to the lakeside would have been nice

We loved our room with an extra large bathroom and walk in closet. The double doors opening onto the balcony overlooking Lake Geneva was a real highlight. The location was very convenient as well. We would love to return for another stay and enjoy more time in the great spa facilities !

The hot tub jets were amazing and the size of the tub exceptional but the temperature could have been hotter ;) There could have been additional towels available near the sauna as well. A no talking sign in the area would be helpful as well as a pair of ladies were speaking in the steam room and didn't appear to be familiar with usual spa etiquette.

We had a lake view room with a little balcony, the room was lovely, spacious and a very comfy bed. I was concerned about noise as we overlooked a bar, but we were not bothered. We travelled with our dog and the hotel was very welcoming, and generally the staff were very helpful and professional. We ate at the Japanese restaurant and the food was excellent, the best Japanese we have had in a while. They were very accommodating; we wanted different tasting menus as I wanted fewer courses, and they were fine with that. Often you will find that the whole table has to order the same menu. Overall it was a lovely one night stay-albeit terrible weather!

This is not a criticism of the hotel, but having never been to Vevey before I did not appreciate that there is a busy lake side promenade running in front of the hotel. I had envisaged that we would be able to walk off the hotel terrace directly to the lake for some private access but actually its not possible to access the lake directly from the hotel. Also, given how busy the promenade is; the hotel has some dense bushes and plants to allow some privacy when sitting on the hotel terrace. But this means that you cant see the lake, which is a shame. But no reason not to choose this hotel, we didnt see any hotels that had direct access.

Gorgeous lobby, great location, to catch water, taxis, the train or bus, or walk along the lake. The rooms are large. The service is five star. We felt ver spoiled. Large bathrooms. Very fancy. We loved sitting on our balcony with the lake view.

I didn’t see many families so it felt odd to be there with a small child so we didn’t eat at the restaurant or have drinks at the bar. But that was just us not wanting to make anyone else uncomfortable. I didn’t see the pool but I believe there were also hours for kids to go.

The swimming pool and the lounge area outside were the highlights of our stay. The terrace of the restaurant was fantastic, as well as the staff working that evening - kind and professional. The same should be said about room staff - helpful and discreet. We also loved the boat ride offered by the hotel to take us to the Montreux festival. The captain was particularly charming and kind.

Location and the view from.hotel. very convenient, staff were very good. Sauna hammam and pool were brilliant, including cold bath buckets, especially after a long hike. Highly recommend the breakfast.view from the room of the snow-capped mountains was fabulous.

Bottled still water should be more regulary replaced but I specifically didn't ask for it. There was nothing specifically I didn't like and enjoyed my stay.

I've stayed twice in this hotel and I have enjoyed the experiences of both times, as each were completely different. The first time I stayed I was with my children and the second time I stayed I was with my partner. I LOVE the staff, they are so friendly and helpful! I love the location of the hotel, and the suite that I stayed in. It was the same exact room, as I loved the corner suite, with the spacious living space to move around. Feels like a mini apartment than a hotel room. So definitely worth the money, even if it was for one night; both times I have stayed there.

This time around the breakfast. The eggs didn't look cooked, so we ordered an omelet and that was excellent. We had to hunt down the breakfast staff, since they were standing in the lobby area talking at the podium. For the amount of money we spent on breakfast, we were hoping for a "wow" factor and there wasn't one.

The location of the hotel, right on the lake and close to the centre is fantastic. The staff were extremely friendly and professional.

The hotel in general could do with a bit of freshening up, but the condition of the rooms was pristine and the lobby and terrace are gorgeous. Breakfast was a bit exorbitant at over CHF40 per person, which is a shame as they cater very well for dietary requirements, including coeliac, which my child has.

Great Location, good breakfast, fantastic view over the lake! Beautiful balconies. Friendly and helpful stuff! Lovely terrace within the hotel grounds. A place from where you almost do not want to go anywhere :) plus pet friendly!!! our cat had a "reception" with a welcoming meal and a bed.

The carpet floor was a little dusty. I am allergic to dust, so every time I kneeled (playing with our cat), I was sneezing. otherwise all was clean.

We know the hotel very well. We have been probably in the past few years about 10 - 15 times to the Hotel Trois Couronnes and it is one of our favourite hotels in Switzerland. We like the style and location very much. Breakfast top, the terrace is oustanding.

Despite the fact that we have been so many times to this hotel, we were a little bit surprised that the receptionist did not know, that we had been to the hotel before. She asked us, if this is our first time. And we were a bit surprised that we did not get an upgrade, although there were not many guests staying at the hotel.
