Very good location, a nearest station is just 1 min walk from the hotel. Hotel staff were very nice. We couldn’t speak Chinese but it was kind of them that they tried hard to explain to us.

There was some hair on a towel and on the floor. I would appreciate it if you deep clean before a new resident comes in.

Excellent service, the team do their best to communicate with the foreign customers. Breakfast was good though after 3 days looks very much the same. The place is clean and close to Luomashi metro station which makes it an excellent choice. From there you can get anywhere practically in their excellent metro system. Was my birthday during my visit and a cake of very good size was waiting for us after a great day in the city. This is the type of details that make your trip memorable and make you come back to the same city and hotel. We will absolutely do it.

The breakfast is quite good. Would be excellent with a bit of changes during the week.

Property is pretty new and well maintained, there’s a coffee shop right within the facilities which is convenient for us to grab a coffee in the morning

There’s no convenience store nearby the area which is inconvenience for us to buy some food and water, and when we checked in there’s pee drop in our toilet seat and some stains at the back of the toilet cover but when we called and complain about it they sent the housekeeping and disinfect the toilet right away our carpet also left a few piece of sunflower seed by the previous guest maybe due to carpet color is kind of the same color with the sunflower seed so the housekeeping missed to vacuum the area, i think their housekeeping can be improve better

I lost my bracelet which is a gift from my hubby and the hotel staff found it in my room. Thank you so much for the honesty and efficiency of the staff! They are exceptional!

Location. Not central to shops or restaurants.

The hotel has a great location. You can walk to a metro station in a few minutes and to Tianfu Square in about 10 to 15 minutes. The rooms are clean and looked very new. The staff and service were incredibly good. Whether booking tickets or Davis helped me book tickets (sometimes not so easy if you don't have a Chinese cell phone number), took care of cabs and was always there to answer my questions. I have to say a special thank you to Evin. He really helped a lot when my flight was canceled. He contacted the airline's hotline and took care of a replacement booking. So he made sure that my departure was relaxed after all. Thank you very much. I felt that I was in good hands throughout my stay.

I would have liked a little more variety at breakfast.

Air-conditioning is set to 23 all rooms, which being from the uk was abit warm, they did give us an electric fan.

Location was great, with Metro juz at door step. Staff were polite and service level was good

Our toilet bowl choked. After 2 nights of plumping, they changed our room. But I don't know if they fixed the issue for the next guests as the hotel room vacancy was full due to a trade show

A quality hotel and what you would expect from a Sheraton branded hotel. Very good value as well. Everything was perfect, the check in, the room, housekeeping as well as breakfast which was an excellent variety. You will not be disappointed

Everything good, only minor improvements that could be noted, the shower water could be hotter.

Clean and comfortable. The hotel staff is very helpful especially Concierge. Mr Davis is especially kind, helpful and knowledgeable. He guided us with the transportation arrangements and how to go about. Really appreciate their advice and service.

The auto sliding door not working well but I see them doing some maintenance work. So should be doing good after the repair and maintenance.
