Location is great, close to the train station and the CBD of Kochi. Easy to access Sunday market by walk etc...

The price of the time extension of the room was $20 par hour for my bed room which was written on the instruction book. However, i was told by the receptionist that it's $25... They could clean a bit better. I saw some dust on the kettle and stains in the bathroom etc. But in total, it was comfortable enough to stay.

The location is ideally suited, only 300 metes south of Kochi train station and next to the tram lines. The staff were exceptionally professional and hospitable (something you don't see from American or European hotel staff). The hotel room was spacious and comfortable to stay in. This is my second visit to this hotel and exceed the standards of my first stay, which was just as good. A bonus advantage: The check-in is 2:00 pm and check out is 11:00 am, i.e., both a hour earlier earlier and later than most hotel check-in/check-out times. I am not sure if this applies to all hotels in the Kochi area, but this is a major positive.

Very nice and convenient hotel located very close to the Kochi main train station. The rooms and services were very good, and the staff was helpful. Nice breakfast area with a good and tasteful breakfast.

The hotel lobby had a café, but it was rarely open, and only open at seemingly irregular intervals. It was not a big issue, but it would have been nice to have it being open more often and at more regular times.

The location half a block from the railway station is super convenient. Only in Kochi passing through overnight. The rooms are a good size, the bed very comfortable, the bathroom super clean. We had a quick breakfast and coffee in the cafe before grabbing a taxi to the airport and it was perfect. We will stay here on our return to Japan.

Fantastic and friendly staff! Room was spacious and clean. Right by JR station and tram stops - short walk to many resturants as well.

Bathroom was a little small but totally manageable. You need to leave your car keys with the staff so they can move it if required.

Staff attitude was very professional. Room was good. i like different colors cups in the room. they prepared any face and skin moisturizer and cream that i need.

circumstances is very safety and calm. but, it is very convenient to go to the bus stop for the tourist ( katsuraga hama or highway bus).

Very well located hotel, with a very comfortable room, especially for the price! I really recommend it to people visiting Kochi, as you have a quick access to the station. There is also a very nice shrine to visit in the evening just a few steps from the hotel!

Nice reception staff. In particular, a young Nishimori San, was enthusiastic and attentive to my need for reading light, etc... I am most grateful to him. I stayed 3nights. Hotel is very near to station, a 3min-5min walk.

Nothing in particular. Maybe to consider to allow guest a bento breakfast takeaway box so that we can catch early trains at the station.

A little bit dated, but still comfortable and good value for money. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the location is a short walk from the castle and Hirome markets but right near the train station.

Great spot very close to the station. Breakfast was varied and yummy. Fun town to explore and easy to do from this hotel. Lots of places close by for dinner options.
