Lovely, welcoming and charming property, and the staff there were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout my stay. I was in Villasimius for a friend's wedding, and was having quite a bit of trouble getting Sunday afternoon transportation to the venue – the lovely staff at Hotel Belvir first tried to arrange transport for me, and when that didn't work they offered me a ride in one of their staff's cars to the venue. Couldn't have asked for sweeter and more considerate staff, possibly my best experience at a hotel ever! Thanks for the awesome stay, if I ever find myself back in Villasimius I'll be coming here!

Simone was wonderful with suggestions, advice, and making arrangements (dinner reservations, car for hire, etc.) The breakfast was excellent- I'd only suggest adding some fresh fruit. The hotel location was great-in the heart of town. And at 7 pm every night, the main boulevard the hotel is on closes to vehicles. It becomes a lovely promenade that street vendors sell on. The room was small, but functional. The shower was great -powerful and water temp easily adjustable. The AC worked well, and the little balcony (room on the top floor) was very pleasant. Good wifi. Security access to the hotel was excellent too- key to front door provided.

While the hotel doesn't offer parking, there's a free municipal lot just 350 meters away, which is convenient. The location is perfect, only a few minutes by car from the beaches and a short walk from the city center, surrounded by numerous restaurants and stores. Despite its central location, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, ensuring a restful stay. Simona, our host, provided a warm welcome. The breakfast was good, better than what I've had at other hotels in Sardegna.

We had booked a room with a balcony, plus expecting a private terrace. However, it turned out that the terrace was a shared space. Nonetheless, the balcony in our room was sufficient and offered a wonderful view of the main street.

The eating/courtyard area was beautiful with tropical & succulent plants. The receptionist and support staff were upbeat, courteous, and helpful. Breakfast was fabulous with all the pastries you can eat 😋

The room and the shower were small. No extra space for luggage storage. There were lots of stairs to our room on the top floor. We managed ok but just beware.

Our superior double room with terrace and panoramic view was great. The hotel location on the main street 5 minutes from 24 hour parking was convenient. Breakfast was very good. Best of all was the care given by the manager, Giacomo, and his assistant which was over the top. They will take excellent care of you!

Very good rooms in the center of Villasimius, close to good restaurants. Very quiet. We had to leave before 6 in the morning, and the staff helped us at least to have a coffee before going. Very kind and friendly,

For people travelling by boat, the village of Villasimius is very far from the marina. Not a fault of the Hotel, though, that met all our expectations

Hotel Belvir is a little gem of a hotel in Villasimius. Super central, sparkling clean and with a wonderful friendly host Simona. We had a big double room with a balcony and a generous bathroom. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options, and the outdoor patio was charming with nice plants and plenty of seating. We thought the hotel was really lovely and would absolutely recommend it. It was also great value for money.

No improvements, everything was just perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. Breakfast was nice with good selection of food and the location is excellent too — right on a lively street filled with restaurants and a market, which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The hotel is perfectly located at the centre. You just need to step out of the hotel and everything is within reach. The restaurants recommended were excellent. As we were headed to the beach for the day they made the booking for us which was very helpful. We booked a superior room with a balcony which was spacious and comfortable with a brilliant bathroom and fancy shower. The balcony was huge. Perfect for lounging on, drying beach clothes and to do yoga on. The host of the hotel was extremely knowledgable about the area and her sharing of information made our time there special. Would highly recommend the hotel and would love to return.

They were amazing and Alessandra tried to accommodate us with everything we could ask for! They are absolutely great and the best breakfast we had in Sardinia! The fruit pie was the best i had in my entire life. We felt like we are in a family home!

Property is clean and the location is close to everything!
