Is a beautiful hotel. Perfect for families and rest. Is quiet, well looked after and has a lot to do for all ages. Rooms had been updated and they are very clean and comfortable. I wish we could have stayed a bit longer,

It is very expensive and I do not think it reaches the status of a 'resort' quiet yet. It was very lonely. They have no concierge facilities and there is poor to none information about the attractions around the area. They tell you to do the research yourself which I found quite rude. It is a remote area. We do not have a car and we were using uber, the hotel will not provide us with any transport from the airport which made us feel a bit unsafe. It would be nice to have this kind of service even for an extra price because security is the main thing when traveling with your family in a country as Colombia and when you know no one.

This hotel is a real paradise! Everything is spotless and feels new, with all areas always clean and beautifully maintained. There’s plenty for the kids to do, and the food is absolutely delicious. Areas for improvement: 1. It would be great to have more sport activities for adults. 2. A wider range of vegetarian options, such as soy milk for breakfast, would make the dining experience even better. We loved our stay and would happily come back again!

One drawback was the limited dining options on-site, with only one restaurant that didn't offer traditional cuisine. While the snack areas were a decent alternative, for those wanting to savor local flavors, venturing outside the hotel became necessary. Additionally, the uniforms for the staff in the snack area appeared to be too warm for the weather, which may have made their working conditions uncomfortable.

Great resort for Families. Kids had a blast and there was so much to do every night. The shows and activities offered were EXCEPTIONAL.The quality of the restaurant food was incredible . Every item in the menu exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredible and always willing to help and go out of their way to assist. We were a party of 16 and it was the perfect resort for a large group. My only observation would be that, I wish the resort had a Spa. But they are going to renovations so Im sure that would be an addition.

Didn't have a spa. Wish kids attractions were a bit less expensive. Kids pool should close a bit later

The pools are excellent, they have jacuzzi and everything is excellent will definitly go back. So much to do with the kids they have thought of every little detail. They are very kid oriented and freindly

Nice stuff, kid friendly. My son loved the water park, the big pools and the train. I went with my parents and my husband and they loved it as well.

There was a strong musty smell in some of the rooms. I’m not quite sure what it was. I had to ask for a new room. There were no problems with that very accommodating.

Facilities are great, staff is fiendly, food is verygood and the hotel is close to many parks

the aquapark staff allowed kids over the permitted age to enter. Also, we found upon arrival that the gokarts were only avialable for adults, a change in their policies that is stated otherwise in the webpage. Many guest had the same info issue.

Has everything you might need.

The amenities for kids are all nice except most of them have restrictions for toddlers from 1 to 3 and not even with an adult. Found only the carousel for the 2 year old.

The breakfast was outstanding mainly the fruit station, the pool park for kids was awesome as well as the little train made everything easier to meet every facility faster.

The hours for the opening and closing of some attractions, the water of the kids’ pool park wasn’t warm but too cold.

The cleanliness and variety of activities offered by this resort property. Excellent food too

The quality of the coffee at breakfast needs improvement. And it would not take much in such a nice property located in coffee country
