The location is excellent in terms of local public transportation . Ground (entrance) floor staffs were very polite and welcoming .

There were three lifts and I always had to wait long . There is NO public parking facilities within the hotel nor nearby . The hotel fittings were very worn out and must need revamp. These points are infact very vital for the hotel to stand strong against others within the area .

1. room size is enough for me and my mom. 2. location is perfect walking distance to bus stops, MTR station , shopping Mall, Restaurants . 3. Breakfast is ok , it's buffet style but just repeated food everyday for 5 breakfast :-) we had. many choices but it's the same choices everyday. 4. they also provided filtered water everyday at the thermos canister in the room when ever requested fro cleaning or if you can see a house keeper you could always request and they are very nice cleaner, very fast as well. 5. the lobby staffs are very helpful and informative when we asked how & where to take the cab and MTR (metro).

Room was about right size . Furnitures were dated . Housekeeping was excellent . Location was excellent .

Renovation is needed .

When we were checking in the staff was very friendly and assisted us with our luggage. When checking out the staff also kindly assisted us with calling a cab. The room was sufficiently well furbished. We were able to open up 2 medium luggages with some rearrangement and there was also 2 seating areas and a luggage stand provided. The location of the hotel is highly convenient being just a short 5 - 10 min walk away from the main Causeway Bay Area and there are a lot of marts and good eateries around. Overall a good location if you like staying near shopping area and good eateries!

Although the room was generally clean, there was some noticeable dirt and green debris near the socket area at the table. The rest of the room was clean. No issues with the cleanliness of the toilet. The bed was also rather hard although the sheets were clean and blanket nice and soft.

Excellent in every way. The location cannot be better! Public transport literally across the street. Lots of local eateries and convenient stores. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent value for money, and yes the room/bathroom are large!

During check out there were a couple of trainees who can learn a bit more about communication and guest courtesy. No harm done but it may leave a rather negative impression

Exceptional staff - friendly, efficient, and always willing to help. Love the hotel's location, which is accessible to the public transportation and businesses in Causeway Bay. We felt very safe to walk around there at night. The size of the room is relatively larger than others. The huge window brings beautiful city and harbor views as well.

There are limited towels available in the room. Trying to catch the elevators in the peak hours were frustrating, as they were always full. How the elevators were programmed did not help to ease the congestion.

Location is a diamond gem, very near shopping areas and restaurants. Near the closest MTR station (Causeway Bay). Facilities are a bit old, but very comfortable. Breakfast is avearge, not much variety, but good enough for kickstarting the day.

Breakfast, and staff expression (not bad, but could be better). Otherwise, it is about the room condition, good view but furniture inside, especially the fridge should be change to the new one.

The location was great - easy access to the centre of Causeway Bay, and two MTR stations in easy walking distance. Good local amenities (shops, restaurants, Starbucks). Room was a good size for a twin. Good bathroom and servicing of the room each day.

The air conditioning was very effective at cooling the room but didn't seem to work to heat the room. Some aspects of the room/bathroom looked a little tired/dated, but nothing major considering the price.

Staff are super nice and friendly and reception was very helpful when we requested for anything. The room provided a hairdryer, a kettle and some mugs which were a plus but no coffee or tea packs.

Location was a bit far from banks but nothing too serious, it was just a 5-10 minute walk but after an exhausting day it would be a bit annoying but it's alright. Breakfast service is a 8/10 a bit sad they didn't have any cold drink options, the closest thing was tap water. There also wasn't any conditioner in the shower so I had to go but from the closest convenience store.
