The pool, and the view from window was good

No remote control for bedroom conditioner, TV with no posibilities to conect with internet and the dishes, we took a glass and there was lips imprint from previus costimer, but in oher ways was good

I spent almost one month in these apartments, and it was an amazing experience! Spacious, stylish, and very cozy, they truly felt like a home away from home. All the furniture and appliances are new, and everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided – a comfortable bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi. I also want to highlight the cleanliness – upon arrival, the apartment was spotless. The location is excellent: shops, cafes, and public transport are nearby, and the city's main attractions are just a short ride away. A special thanks to Neda, who worked at the reception. She was always ready to help with any questions and did so with genuine kindness and care. Neda is an incredibly creative and artistic person, making every interaction pleasant. Thanks to her attentiveness and professionalism, I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. I highly recommend these apartments and truly appreciate the team for their warm hospitality!

We stayed in a spacious apartment 416 in the 27th floor with great views. Everything you need you have it. You can get every day cleaning. They provide you with washing powder, toiletries and even tubes for the dishwasher. Fresh towels, linen . People very friendly and helpful. Wide variety of food in breakfast . Indoor and outdoor pool both stunning. Free WiFi, free pool towels. Building above Metro station. Coffee shops and lovely donner fast food right at hand. We had the most amazing time. Special thanks to Mr. Ilhan 🙏. He is simply the best in every possible way. Hope to see you all again soon.

Executive suite view is amazing, property is tidy and comfy and stylish. Please note swimming pool is across the road at G hotel building so a bit awkward to walk through both properties. Checking in and out was fairly quick. In the apartments the cleaners only come once every other day so keep this is in mind! G italy and G burger are very nice restraunts and you can get thier food delivered via room service

Could be cleaner. Our patio was slightly dirty and there was old rubbish in our oven. The patio also has a glass panel that goes all the way around so when you are seated you cannot see the view properly because the glass is dirty. One of the receptionist is quite short with you and a smile can go a long way. Other than that fairly quick service.

Its my second stay already , so that overall I am happy with the hotel. The location is outside the city center, but it depends on where you’d like to visit. There is grocery shop & coffee shop as well as a few restaurants with Turkish cuisine. The metro station is just a 2-minute walk away. The staff is extremely friendly — special thanks to Serdar, Ferhat, Emircan, Rüya, Emir, and Bayruhar (apologies if I’ve misspelled any names). Although the room furniture could use an update, the team does their best to ensure a comfortable stay.

I would like to extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to all the staff for their warm welcome, kind treatment, and the assistance they provided during our stay. A special thanks goes to Madam Roya for her wonderful hospitality and constant smile, which added a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I also want to thank them for the delicious and varied breakfast, as well as the excellent facilities at the hotel, including the swimming pools, sauna, steam room, and Turkish bath. We stayed for 9 nights (with my daughter 18y.old). Our room was on the 23th floor. We liked the view. Also, we liked the interier of our room and as well as the hotel. Really beatiful modern design. So comfortable. It has all the necessary equipment in the room and kitchen has all the appliance. Very close proximity to restaurant, supermarket and Starbucks. Very easy to get stuffs antytime. The staff is very nice I just dial number 0 (zero) from our phone room and they are really accommodating bringing to our room what I ask for (extra blanket, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner etc.). The stuff is very friendly and helpful. Big thank to young guy who come to open our safebox (we forget a Code :) He also keep our luggage before our AirPortTaxi arrived. I hope he will get this Feedback. Check in and out were very smooth. Wi-Fi is more than 300mb/S. We recommend this place with all my heart. We will back for sure. Thanks to all of you!

Our recent stay was nothing short of extraordinary, thanks to the impeccable Neda, Guest Relations. She was the epitome of professionalism going above and beyond to make our family stay the best possible. It is because of Neda my family decided to continue to stay at the property for our two weeks vacation. She made sure we were as comfortable as possible with our twins. She always said please if you need anything just let me know i will do my best. Her hospitality and commitment to guests comfort sets the standard beyond our expectations. Neda you are truly a gem to this property and we will never forget your amazing services to our family. The views and the apartment. The staff and facilities were exceptional

Would have been nice for steam room to have been open and to have seen outdoor pool in action. The sauna wasn't very hot.
