Didn’t have breakfast there , don’t like long life milk. I could see that the room had just been renovated and the hotel in general was being renovated and what they have done so far looks really good, but there was was one thing that maybe needed looking into but not sure if you can and that’s sound proofing the room because our next door neighbours where very loud talking , playing music until at least 3am in the morning then on top of that there morning alarm kept ringing about 5-6 am time. I know that could be out of your control.Another thing you might be interested in is the fridge will wear that lovely carpet out very quickly because it rubs it, may be raise the fridge if you can. The staff that I spoke to were very helpful .

Stayed there last month too.There are a few things that need a little TLC however I found the motel quite good.Had to get the receptionist to have a look at the aircon as it had very little cooling power.Cleaned the filters and that made a bit of a difference but I think they probably all need a thorough professional clean.Doing renovations to what used to be reception,kitchen and dining room so maybe that is in the pipeline.I will stay there again next time.Comfy bed and pillows

The check in was very easy, the information came via a text message. I like that there’s no room key just a code. I’d requested an early check in as we were travelling with an infant and had extra luggage and they were very accommodating. I also requested a late check out as we didn’t have a car and didn’t want to be at the small airport really early. The receptionist even offered us a lift to the airport. Good tea making facilities and cutlery provided.

Our kettle wasn’t the best. The sink in the bathroom was cracked and the soap dish was broken. The mattress could have been a bit softer.

Well this was the surprise of my trip .. seems the rooms might have (and still are) undergoing upgrade - so very nice .. but loved that you checked in 'remotely' no key to pick up and return and because it was reasonably quiet - was actually able to let my dog have a little free range run around .. which he loved after being in the car all day .. wud not hesitate to stop here again ...

Despite some very negative reviews i thought the motel was good.Fair enough I could tell that pets had been in my room however nothing really bad,clean otherwise.No meals are available on site but other places in town for a feed.Keypad lock a little tricky and don't forget the pin or prop open the door if you go outside.Comfy bed and all other facilities in room.No management on site so communication is with another motel just down the road.Yep I would stay there again.

Pathways could have done with a sweep

That you just have to press a code to enter the room.

Nothing big, just that we had booked for 4, and the crockery and cutler were only enough for 3. So me cutlery packs were missing forks etc. There are also only 2 chairs and the table that was in the room was already used for the microwave etc. So nothing to really sit and eat at.

We loved the location of the property; It was pet-friendly.

The downside was that the light and Fan were on the same switch, so we had to sleep with the light on. Yes, it had aircon, but to make the room more extraordinary, you needed the fan on, and the Bunk beds had no stairs for the kids to climb up the top; my husband had to lift them onto the top bunk to sleep.

Stay was good, pet friendly which is a great advantage for a lot of travellers with pets. They should clean up the closed reception area, even though it's closed, you can see the debris stored from outside, which is disappointing. The rooms and toilets in the rooms are clean but the common area toilets are disgusting. Need attention. Saying that, it's an okay place for travellers, may be not very good for a long stay. I would say this place is good as long as you are not staying there for too long.

Seamless check in process with good communication from management, good location, clean & simple, very dog friendly - great pool with fully fenced grass area that was perfect for the dogs. Loved the keyless room access.

Undercover parking would be good, particularly as Longreach gets so hot. There were heaps of empty rooms but they put about 4 lots of us in rooms side by side… this may have been because they are the dog friendly rooms, but with so many vacant, it seemed strange and felt crowded.

Great Customer Service, Clean Rooms, Great size modern bathroom with amazing shower head, Split system worked well, Great amount of shelving and hooks for belongings, convenient to the major tourist attractions and the Pin keypad for the door is a brilliant idea as you can't forget your key....
