Clean. Nice staff. Room small but very nice.

It wasn't right on the beach as the booking ad says it was. It was a 5 minute walk away. The pool and Restaurant were right on the beach. Our room was not.

All of the rentals are 1 bedroom , 2 bedroom , or 3 bedroom, apartments. They are clean and beautiful. All the facilities are great and the restaurants and spa are right next to the beach. The pool with the bar looked nice but was being repaired. The restaurant was very good and on site they have tomahawks steaks even. The staff is very nice. Our waiter was Nestor. He is the strong quiet type but he treated us well and our Hostess was Karina. I dont think I ever felt more welcome and loved anywhere. She even ran outside to say goodbye when we were leaving.

They tried to sell us a vacation package and it was ok at first but they brought in this super annoying columbian guy to pressure us and kept asking us to sign crap.and we finally just got up and left. So it killed the vibe. Just avoid the sales team like the plague. They never gave us anything they promised to listen and put up with all the crap. They would do better not to try and sell you anything. I wasnt scammed but it left a bad impression of all the wonderful things this place has to offer.

At Laguna Shores in Puerto Peñasco, my stay was generally enjoyable. However, I noticed that the check-in and check-out processes took significantly longer than expected. It seemed as though the delays were designed to provide an opportunity for salespeople to engage guests in conversations about timeshares. This aspect was a bit frustrating, as it detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience.

The restaurant was great and pretty reasonable prices. The room was great, the location was kinda out of the way but still manageable. the beach was really impacted by the tide. In the morning the water was close to the condo but by afternoon the water was probably a mile away, so anyone that that is looking for "beach time" this isn't the place for you. The condo pool was fine, hardly anyone there. The condo was having a marketing deal, time share (I believe) so be prepared for that speel when you get there. Spa area was ok, massages were great and pedicure also but the spa area needs some work. One room so only one person can get a massage unless you do a "couple" massage.

The facilities were clean, staff was polite, amenities are great for both children and adults, breakfast at the restaurant was amazing, had pedicure and massage at spa which was amazing, gated entrance plus security around the resort made us feel safe.

*not the properties fault* but there should be disclaimers when the ocean is actually near the resort, never got to walk to the beach as it was too far. Employee said only during the months of June-July will the water make its way up to the resort. No chairs or palapas on the beach either.

Safe, clean , great service

Booking showed the price for 1800.00 pesos and when I got to the site, they charged me 2011.89. Pesos. They said it’s because booking down not charge for the reservation and the site is the one that does the charging and the price can change at any time with out notice. That sucks because I was showed one price on the app. And I ended up paying a different price. I think that is ilegal under consumer law. That’s the only thing. I will still be going there, but I will call the site first and book thru them, sonó can get a better price.

Second time at this property, I knew pretty much what to expect. First stay was in a 2br with water view, walk down to beach. Second stay only 1 night in the hotel/king bed need to drive to restaurant and beach areas.

No ATM on or near the site, I really needed more cash to tip my Excellent waiter at the restaurant. I would have liked to stay in the pool until closer to 10 pm (listed close time) they came and told us to gtho :) at about 930, no biggie...

There was security everywhere, which made me and my family feel safe! I loved the staff, they were all friendly and helpful when needed. I liked the shallow pool area for our daughter and really enjoyed how relaxed everything felt. I personally liked that the resort was set away from the busy town and I could actually do what I came on vacation to do, RELAX!

The room could have been a tad cleaner. We had an ant problem which was frustrating, but nothing major. I wish there would have been a few more things going on at the resort as there were in other weekends. The food at the swim up bar was nice, but we did not like the food at the on site restaurant at all.

We absolutely loved the food and the staff the location just everything about this stay was wonderful..I love how secluded itwas and away from the party life just so private,quietans peaceful..the hot tub on our balcony was great and the main pool and bar was perfect..even our massages were great..so many good things a out this place..we will definitely be back with our whole family..

The ONLY bad thing I have to say is the shower water wasnt ever warm just cold water so that was a challenge for me as i love hot water but that didnt ruin how much we loved this place!

The room was very clean and well equipped.Staff was very nice.The pool was great.We had to drive from where we were, but it's a very short distance.Check the tides before going to the beach.Make sure you go at high tide so you have the beach right near the pool area. Swim up bar and tons of loungers.Pool water is just perfect.Not too cold at all.You should drive to the Malecon.Not far with great foods and shopping.

We were fine with everything.
