For some reason love was in the air. We were there to celebrate our 25 th Anniversary and from the time we entered the hotel we felt loved and taken care of. A loud welcome ma'am and welcome sir from the valet at the entrance. The front desk had Priyanka who was the sweetest person at the reception ever. She gave us a lot of surprises....a lounge pass with food and drinks were on the house, an entry for a DJ nite, a surprise cake cutting in the room. At the lounge they were celebrating a customer week and we had an opportunity to cut the cake there as well. The rooms were clean as u would imagine. The staff is very friendly......I thought it was just a perfect Anniversary celebration 🎉🥳

The overall service was brilliant but I would like to highlight the manager Ayaan for being very personable and helpful. I received a suite upgrade which was extremely nice and I plan to book this suite for all future bookings at that is hotel. The breakfast was outstanding and the bar was amazing - I highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice Hotel, with high standards, very comfortable rooms and beds, very friendly and professional staff. the rooms are very silent nevertheless around the hotel some constructin work is ongoing.

The environment of the hotel is a big mess... constructions going on everywhere, When I arrived by Taxi, I was wondering where the driver took me. Of course, this will change in the coming year.

It’s about people always it is, since you know what to expect at least if you check inn to a five star hotel. So thank you Loren and your team which made my stay overwhelmingly nice. The room, the breakfast , the cleaning less eve thing was fine .

That a cab drive with pick Up cost almost 2-3 times an Uber

Overall, the staff are very nice and helpful. The reception executive Miss Lonrin, helped us check in very quickly and gave us a good room. She also continued to call for a safe and comfortable stay. I am continuously followed by the hotel staff & the ambassadors Miss Pritisha she continuously following safe comfort for stay and really appreciate all the lobby housekeeping staff.

Very convenient location, comfortable rooms, the breakfast is really excellent! Special thanks to Nishi, Westin duty manager for her exceptional assistance and dedication in helping me retrieve my personal documents that I had accidentally left behind in my room. Despite the distance of 400km to Chennai, she went above and beyond to ensure the safe delivery of my belongings to my new location. Such professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction is very rare!

The staff at the hotel made all the difference to our short stay. Without exception all the staff did their best to meet any requirement as quickly as possible, for example my wife needed a hair dryer and it was provided almost immediately. As our Ola App was not working Varsha at reception was kind enough to book me an Ola cab for the Airport, all in all she and the staff really made our stay wonderful

I loved the exceptional service from the staff and cleanliness of the property. Fitness center can be improvised as this property seems to be perfect for a long stay. Basic machines & better weight plates would be a great add on. Another exceptional factor is the amazing food they serve for all three meals. Overall perfect stay .
