The hotel location is convenient. I like the distance to the city and the shopping mall nearby. The facilities are great, including the pool, gym, and restaurants. Parking allowed much place on the lower levels. The room was spacious and very comfortable. A special star for the Jacuzzi. Large beds let my family sleep well.

Wifi practically did not work in our room 018. For our family stay this could be counted as a positive factor, to reduce the screen time for our children. Otherwise, where I needed to be more connected, it would add complexity for me.

The staff was very attentive, our ceiling had a bulge and was leaking when we got into the room. We let the front desk know right away, and someone was sent up within minutes. They couldn't move us because it was sold out, but the dripping was able to be stopped fairly quickly. I've found it's never about the issues with the hotel, issues happen with anything, but how quickly they attend to something and how they try to fix it. In this case, I was satisfied!

They are close in the main tourist attraction. My children loves their swimming pool because its warm.

I wish that in the morning someone can bring extra towels or at least they have some ready extra towels, garbage plastic bags in the unit so we dont have to ask for some.. Aside from that everything are really good.

Very comfortable bed and clean room. Affordable rate and convenient location. Proper air conditioning setting. Good shower system. Quiet place with no noise from next rooms. Quite alright for a one night stay and likely appreciable for a longer stay.

Garage access a bit tight but acceptable. Parking relatively full but again acceptable. Some plumbing noise when other people use the water system but not excessive.

We like staying in this hotel, particularly with the restaurant on site as well as parking. We find the staff friendly and helpful. It is easy to find and access.

The shower and bathroom needs a grab bar. The floor was noisy. There is a balcony but it needs a few chairs in order to use it. The air conditioning was very low and felt cold.

The room given to us didn’t have a proper air conditioning working and the maintenance guy sent to the room to fix it told us that he knew about the recurrent problem…that wasn’t cool and we had to change rooms…very disappointing.

Great value! Indoor free parking. Rooms renovated. Friendly staff. Our shower drain was blocked but the staff came up quickly to fix the issues.

Not enough handicap parking. Would be nice to have clearly indicated handicap parking indoors on P1.

I liked that the room had 2 chairs - one for each of us, the jacuzzi was very relaxing, the bathroom was nice, the space of the room was large enough and housekeeping provided us with fresh towels and even made our bed, which wasn't necessary but thoughtful.

The room didn't have a balcony, which would have been a bonus for us as we smoke. We had to go downstairs and outside to have a cigarette.

Plastic cups, paper cups for coffee, no kettle only a Nespresso machine with horrible coffee, microwave but nothing to go with it (plates, utensils)!
