Every member of Staff was polite, helpful and courteous. Food was excellent.

1. Rooms are too cramped and congested. 2. Washroom is too small and without a curtain. Clothes hung on the door were getting wet when shower was used. 3. There was no spoon or stirrer provided to stir sugar while making coffee. Had I called for it the coffee would have gone cold. I had to use my car key as stirrer. 4. Intercom handset was not working. My son walked up to reception and lodged a complaint at about 7.45 am on 6 July but it wasn't redressed until we checked out.

Whole ambience was good and very safe. Staff were very well mannered and welcoming. They were very supportive. Breakfast options were delicious. We preferred to dine at the Makeba restaurant at the ground floor. It was exceptionally good. It had the 90's charm with delicious food and very good crowd.

Room size could be a challenge for people who are travelling for an extended period with extra baggage. Toilets are micro sized. Sound proofing could have been better. Super slow lift can be a turn off to many.

The location is good. Breakfast is good and have choices. The place is accessible to many tourist spots. Really liked the place. Staff is also very cooperative and helpful.

The lunch we had on the first day was not good. We had ordered butter chicken but it was too sweet like dessert. The breakfast was awesome but the tea and coffee they had kept in kettle was not hot so had to ask them to provide hot tea

Location, parking, staff, room size, washroom, bath towels... these were great.

Breakfast offered was kind of not so great, bedsheets given for extra bed was not clean enough, the price I paid seemed a bit high due to these

The front desk staff were very courteous and excellent. Although the check in is mid-day inspite of reaching a couple of hours before I was given a room no questions asked.
