We have stayed here on a previous occasion and loved it so much we came back again. Our stay was for 5 nights. Our room was excellent. The hotel feels very safe and secure. The staff were exceptional. They looked after us very well. Special mention for Caroline Yator in the dining room who was excellent. She went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our time. We shall definitely be back next year, hopefully.

All staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was very comfortable. The food was good especially since there was options of gluten free bread and lactose free milk. The location is perfect.

I was looking forward to using your spa and gym but was informed they are not functional.

Sarova Woodlands Hotel is beautifully set up with very plush reception area and very smart and friendly and professional staff. Bedrooms were very comfortable and in a very quiet location. Unfortunately the Spa was unavailable due to refurbishment which was disappointing as we were really looking forward to a swim and use of the Spa after our busy travel around Kenya.

I have no negative comments as for my Nakuru visit was 15 years after I left Nakuru so that is my birth town with everything beautiful

Very clean with a very comfortable bed. I loved the pillows that gave me choices because i love soft flat pillows. very quiet and the staff are very friendly and helpful. breakfast exceeded my expectations, with more hours to enjoy. Will come again :)

The staff was outstanding and the communication in front of our stay (12 pax) was 10/10!

Our youngest member (12 yrs) hd to wait 40 minutes for her pizza AFTER the rest of the group got their food. The staff apologized and it was all sorted out well nd professional

We had a good stay at Sarova Woodlands hotel. The hotel is beautiful and very nicely decorated. Receptionist Nuna was very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious - we had a very good sleep. The wifi worked perfectly. We spent New Year and the hotel organized an amazing reception and fireworks. We had a very good time. The next day, we received some happy new year chocolates - very nice. The dinner and breakfast were very qualitative, with abundant buffet. The staff were helpful and friendly too.

the pillows are huge - i couldnt sleep with them so i removed them There is a beautiful souvenir shop only that it was never open. This was disappointing

It was convenient. We felt safe at the property. The property was very clean amd taken care of.

I didn’t get a chance to use the pool. Also, it advertised a spa and workout center that wasn’t ready or usable.

We enjoyed our 3 nights stay a lot; very friendly and professional staff, very delicious food, great value for money; I would chose the same hotel again for my next stay. Ernst😁👍☀️

It is really hard to point something out when everything is working so well. This is not my first stay at Sarova Woodlands Hotel and Spa and I am hoping to come back any opportunity I have. Lovely staff, great premises and nice and quiet place to stay.
