The facility and cleanliness was top notch. I would definitely recommend others to stay at this hotel if you are staying in Seremban. All is great except the traffic can be busy at weekend which it is normal in Seremban.

It would be great if every room have iron and dashboard as we need to step out and do it outside.

Overall we are very satisfy with this place because it provide good Smart TV, WIFI, purify water, 24 hours laundry service nearby, censor doorbell and lights. Water heater is also working well. We will definitely come back when we are in Seremban. Hopefully we can get better discount when we book early

We requested for the rooms to be closed to each other followed by calling the receptionist for the same matter, however, when we were there the staff told us such request was not recorded either via Booking.com or their internal system hence our rooms were far apart. In addition, Sound insulation also need to be improved.

Room size is good, clean, water pressure is good.

Wall is a bit thin so if ppl talk louder or slam the door, you can hear it. Even stepping foot from upper floor can be heard if anyone starts to run. Parking can be abit trouble if its a peak seasons.

Check-in checkout process was efficient, beds were comfortable, there are water dispensers on every floor, room is clean

Location is far from city centre, pillows are too flat and need to be replaced , soundproofing is poor as can constantly hear guests from the rooms next to us

Having the water dispenser outside the room as not all boutique hotels have it.

Firstly, the attitude of on-duty staffs on 2 Mar 2024 4pm-5pm can be better and improved with pleasant greetings and friendly smiles. Secondly, the soundproof of hotel rooms is weak.

The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. The size is just nice for a couple. We had a really great stay here even just for a short time. Checked in at 10pm and the staff really friendly!

Good location near the city. EV charging facility available to guest is good with a total of 4 charging slots available. Good ammenities and value for money.

Reservation for the EV parking to prevent the slot taken up by ICE cars.

Lots of free parking right infront of the hotel. Room as very clean. Beds really comfortable. Bathrooms clean. Good pressure.
