True Blue own two hotel within 10 minutes walk of each other. Our booking was moved from Boutique Hotel Kalkan to Payava, we had originally booked a self catering 2 bedroom apartment and were moved to a 2 bedroom family suite. Payava included a buffet breakfast and there was a fridge and kettle in the bedroom. The suite was large with 1 king bedroom with lounge area, 1 twin bedroom and large shower room there was also a terrace with table and chairs and sun loungers. Our children loved the heated swimming pool. The breakfast was delicious and had a great selection from cereals and breads to yogurts and fruit plus continental meats and cheeses and choice of eggs. The staff were really friendly and helpful, there is a book exchange in reception and a local map. The heart of the town is a short (hilly) walk away although restaurants, cafes and a supermarket next to the hotel. There is a free car park to the rear of the hotel.

We had the apartment with kitchenette. It was comfortable and clean. We had breakfast at the hotel as it was too delicious to miss it. The staff at the hotel are very kind and helpful. Tuba is the most welcoming person you can meet! The hotel is a hilly spot so you may want to consider having a car. However it seemed that taxi were easily booked and very accessibile. The hotel helps with any booking as well so always in good hand. They even ordered take away food for us! Kalkan is a beautiful place with a lot of beach clubs (no beaches) and hotel has some good deals with some of them too. The pool is great both for adults and children and food in the bar is excellent and really good value for money! It was a truly pleasant experience and a place we would go back to without hesitation.

The breakfast was absolutely exceptional. Most delicious homemade eggs - different every day; fruit and homemade jams etc even honeycomb honey for the yogurt. Have been to many hotels in different places but this is probably the best hotel breakfast I have ever had.

The room was clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning. We had great sea views and terrace available. Breakfast was good, but generally very busy and a bit chaotic. Definitely get there earlier. Towels available for use, and very close to the Lures Beach Club. Staff were friendly; especially the guy in the evening (sorry we forgot your name)

It was not really the hotel's fault, but there were too many children for our liking. This was especially around the pool area, which meant we didn't really use it. Details of a trip which we booked through the hotel were lacking, so we didn't know what was included or itinerary. Other than the beach club, there's not really much about. So generally everything is a taxi away, unless you want to brave walking the very steep hills.

The hotel is very nice - service, food, location. We had a room on the 3d floor with spectacular view to the sea. The area is calm, 5 mins by walk to the beach, 5 mins by cab to the harbour. Some comments for travelers just to know: - its pretty hilly area (like all Kalkan) but the cab is cheap and everything is close - on the top of infront building there is a restaurant which works from 4pm till midnight, its not crowded but there is music from there. With closed window its perfectly calm. - the closest beach is club beach and the entrance is for extra payment. Starts from 400 tl, usually includes a sunbed, umbtrella and some things entertaiment in water, such as canoe, sup board etc. There is usually bar and restaurant inside.

Like all the other reviews say, it does feel like a home from home, the staff are all fabulous and can’t do enough for you. It’s a short walk to the sea/beach bar, and a carrefour a 5/10 min walk away. It’s easy enough to get a taxi to and from the old town if you don’t fancy the walk. The pool, breakfast area and bar are all lovely and well maintained.

The only thing the hotel is missing is a gym. There are gyms about a mile away but would be much easier if there was a small one onsite.

This hotel was fantastic and we wish we could have stayed longer. The rooms were beautiful and the breakfast was delicious. Above all else, the staff were amazing. They were literal life savers - going above and beyond to help us when we got caught out in the middle of nowhere as a rainstorm approached. They were able to figure out our location and send a taxi to collect us and bring us back to the hotel. We are incredibly grateful! Would definitely recommend this place and will look forward to staying again in the future.

The apartment was fantastic for our family of 4 - extremely clean and very nicely decorated. The staff were all supremely lovely and so helpful. The pool area and bar were really nice and pretty bouji! The breakfast was excellent

The pool was so cold The hotel is quite a walk (25 minutes) from the old town. We tended to walk in (mostly downhill!) and then cab back. Not too much of a problem as there were plenty of bars, restaurants, beach clubs and a supermarket within a 5-min walk

Lovely small hotel with a great pool area and outside bar. All the staff are so nice and will arrange anything you want,trips, airport transfers etc. it’s about a 20 minute walk into the harbour area where the majority of the bars and restaurants are which was fine by us as we like walking. If you’re thinking about booking this hotel you won’t regret it.

Breakfast was excellent and breakfast area had great vibe. Staff was friendly and helpful, location beautiful. Good value for money ( we visited in May).

Our villa had also a jacuzzi, that we were never able to fill up ( low water pressure and bad seal i guess). There was also few smoked cigarettes in jacuzzi when we arrived, but that could also be wind.
