The setting was beautiful with a nice view out of the front door! Wildlife surrounded the room. We saw a jackrabbit! The stars at night were fantastic. The room was cozy which we loved. The room was also very quiet. The staff were friendly and nice. We had two dinners in the restaurant and the food was very good and the service great.

Unfortunately there was no breakfast. We had a kitchenette but we didn’t realize that we should have brought some breakfast 🍳 with us. It would have been nice to have at least one soft pillow. There were plenty of pillows but all were very fluffy.

Convinced this is THE best place to stay in the Bryce Canyon area. Close to the park, but the accommodations here are lovely: super quiet, a mile out of Tropic, and with the most gorgeous scenery surrounding, and all the buildings are oriented such that everyone has lots of privacy. I stayed in a bungalow and loved it: bed was super comfy, bathroom area luxurious, and it was so nice to have all the space (and the fireplace!) in the living room. It was very cold during my stay so I didn't take advantage of the outdoor area, but absolutely would have done so had it been warmer. And I really appreciated the fridge, toaster, and microwave so I could self-cater for the most part (there aren't too many decent places to get food nearby, with the exception of The Pizza Place, so I recommend bringing your own food and beverage). Will absolutely stay here again.

No notes, it was a great stay.

The bungalow was perfect, a real home away from home: beautifully designed and furnished, charming, with a secluded and private view to the canyon. I slept on the queen Murphy bed in the dining area (while my friend was in the sleeping room) and it was so comfortable; plus the location is really silent so we slept peacefully and felt regenerated after a 10 hours drive. Sadly we stayed only one night but I definitely want to go back again to enjoy the surrounding area more and the bungalow.

This is a perfect place to add to the Bryce experience. We loved the space and the quiet, while being just a few minutes away from all the convenience of Tropic. The cabins are super spacious, clean and modern. You can go on a beautiful walk and feel like you are in the national park. Tasty restaurant on the hotel premises. We would definitely come back!

Such a beautiful quiet property! Everything about this place is nice. I was able to book this short notice after have a disaster at a different motel. The staff was great, friendly, and accommodating. They have an amazing restaurant on site. We stayed in one of the king bed rooms. Very clean and modern with an amazing bathroom! I can’t say enough positive things about this place. The views are amazing as well

Location.....hidden away in the little tourist town of Tropic, UT. Super quiet, cozy, nice modern amenity's.

We should have come during the "tourist" season.....more things, including the facilities restaurant, would have been open. Our choice to come at this time of year :-)

Stone Canyon Inn was a great place to stay, close to Bryce and away from the tourist traps. A bonus is the excellent restaurant within the compound.

A small table to eat breakfast would be nice. There was a breakfast bar but we used it for computer and other stuff.

We liked that it was away from the crowds and quiet. The views were beautiful from the windows.  it was self-contained with a little kitchen and there was plenty of room for two people. It was very clean and modern.

Location was quiet and had beautiful scenery all around, so it felt remote, yet was conveniently close to amenities in Tropic and a short drive to Bryce Canyon. The on-site restaurant, the Stone Canyon Grill was quite good for dinner.

I personally liked the location and level of extra privacy and quiet it provided. Everything was pleasant!

Nothing bad to say at all. Everything met or exceeded my expectations.
