The room was clean (although one of the white towels appeared to have some stink on), the beds very super COMFY, the size of the room was great. Having the mini fridge was handy BUT it was extremely loud!

The AC /heater unit was EXTREMELY LOUD: the room was very cold (end of April) so needed to warm it up. Wow! it was either heating or sleeping, but not both! So I needed to crank up the heat before bed and then turn it off for sleep time. Good thing I had the room with 2 beds and I took the other cover/blanket! The staff...the receptionist was (seemingly) annoyed by me arriving just after 9pm (he said he was tired but wow, was he grumpy). It is 25 mins drive from Bryce Canyon...

We were not expecting much from an inn in the middle of nowhere, so were pleasantly surprised with this place. The guy at the front desk was friendly and pleasant, he let us check in early, the room was good sized, with comfortable bed, clean sheets, coffee maker with coffee pods, air conditioning, chairs, lamps and hangers for our clothes. The bathroom was clean and had hot & cold water. Free parking was an added bonus. The doors to the building can only be opened with a key card after dark, giving an additional security.

Excellent place for VERY good price. Huge room and bed, free toiletries, everything was very clean. Probably the best place I stayed in during the whole week and the CHEAPEST! Had everything what we needed! Coffee machine in the room and next to the reception (hot water for tea available as well). Very quiet at night, enough parking spaces. Short drive to Bryce Canyon National Park

Very comfortable, clean, everything worked perfectly (the TV just needs some time to start up the receiver so you need a little patience but then it works just fine). Coffee in the room and in the lobby. Cozy room.

The bathroom taps were a little hard to handle and the shower didn’t have much pressure (but I think that might have been a limescale problem because the tub tap worked well). But that really wasn’t much of an issue, we felt very comfortable here.

Free parking. Staff gave us rooms facing the better view facing the mountains so we could see the sunset view, after requested. Room is spacious. Has mini fridge, microwave oven, and coffee maker. Bed was clean and comfortable. Good value. Has a hot water and coffee machine at the front desk - very convenient.

The bathroom could be updated.

The staff was a bit short. I had to ask questions or I wouldn't have had answers, things that are supposed to be shared at check in, such as the checkout time, the wifi pw, the complimentary coffee, etc. Also, a welcome and a smile would had been nice vs a straight face with no eye contact.

The hotel located direct at the main road, very easy to reach. Big and clean room, enough space for 2 person. comfortable beds. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker inside the room. Free parking. Very good price, worth the value. Very near to the Red Canyon, a very beautiful place and worth a visit.

Motel does not look very tempting from outside but inside is surprisingly nice and clean. With it,s price it is a bargain.

Breakfast is on American motel standard.

It's very close to Bryce Canyon. The room was nice and clean, beds very comfy. Coffee was available in the room and at the lobby area.

As usual, walls are very thin and as we were located right next to the back door, there was a lot of door banging and loud noise in the early morning of people leaving, rolling there suitcases etc.

Don't be fooled by the exterior, just red the reviews, this a gem in the middle of nowhere. The staff is always there to help you get what you need and answer any questions you may have. The rooms are old, but everything is in working order and extremely clean. I believe a family works every aspect of the hotel including the cleaning and prepping of all rooms and it shows. Even though the rooms are older, everything is very clean, I mean spotless and everything works as it should. We had a quiet 2 night stay and would not hesitate to not only recommend, but to say thsi is one of the best values for a stay near Bryce. Period.

Can't ask for more, the price to value ratio is high.
