This little hotel is AMAZING and the employees are so kind and accommodating. I arrived for check in at 10PM and they made sure I had everything I needed. I was exhausted and worried I wouldn't find a place to stay on my road trip at all! The next morning while leaving, I saw the same employee again and he asked if everything was good for the night and it totally was! The bed was sooo comfortable, decor is so cute! The place is modern and updated with just enough vintage charm. What a great little place run by great people! Thank you so much for an amazing stay!

Clean and spacious room. There were no luxuries, but we found it super clean and well maintained. The gentleman working at the reception was super friendly and helpful. The room was very convenient for us since you can park your car right in front of it so no need for elevators. They are dog friendly and the pet fees aren’t extremely expensive like some hotels like to do.

The only two things I would change is the shower curtain was too short, which caused the water to splash outside of the shower area. The second was the heater, which makes a bit of noise as it draws power (it’s a small electric heater). Outside of that all good

Location was great as it's close to Bryce Canyon. It's a very quiet area. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It's an older property, but it was kept up and extremely clean and comfortable. I would stay here again. It's close to the Flying Goat restaurant down the road, which was an incredible place to eat for breakfast.

It was quite cold when we were there. The only heat in the room comes from a small space heater. Eventually, the room warmed up nicely, but it did take a while. Everything else was great.

The linens and towels were clean, and the beds were comfortable. The room was fairly comfortable and large.

The AC unit could work better and the room a little cleaner. The walls in the bathroom could have been wiped down to remove some old stuff stuck to them and the floor looked as if it was swept instead of vacuumed and mopped.

We stayed here for two night while visiting Bryce Canyon and started our to trip from hear to Zion. The owner was very kind and welcoming made the stay great from the very first moment. The room was big enough (we are on a road trip for three weeks, so we’ve plenty of stuff). It is nicely decorated, was very clean, got a microwave, a fridge and a coffeemaker. There is a nice outdoor sitting area which we enjoyed. Grocery store, restaurants are within walking distance. Gas station right next to it. The place is dog friendly (we were there without pets)

Arrived quite late. Was made to feel very welcome by the host. He showed us to our room, showed us how everything worked and made sure we would be comfortable. I felt like I was being welcomed as a friend, not just a customer.

The owners are fantastic and friendly. The room was very clean, tidy, roomy, and comfortable. Everything was easy to access. It is obvious this property has been very recently updated, and they have done a great job! I arrived very late at night. The room already was heated, which made it so nice! I will choose this place each time I am in the area.

Very clean, super nice, allowed us to check in very early & even upgraded us to a bigger room. Bed was nice & comfortable, shower has great pressure. Would definitely stay again if back through this way. Have a nice dog area for their business

No breakfast. I liked the location and the dog area, which was 3/4 fenced in.

There could have been more shelving in the bathroom. There could have been a chair at the desk. There could have been weather stripping around the door.

Very clean and functional design remodeled room. Great price. We stayed at another hotel for 3x the cost that was not as functional. Outside looks rough but the rooms were clean and nice. Very pet friendly. Big plus.
