We liked the amazing value!!! (very low cost for very decent quality), our room had a cali king which was very comfortable especially for the price, the room was clean and taken care of, staff was very accommodating with our late arrival, it's very central to a ton of major cities/tourism if you're on a road trip, good amount of parking (free), safe and quiet area. Very good option if you just need a place to sleep

No elevator, no complimentary breakfast (to be expected for the low price), office isn't open 24 hours

Like the heavy wooden chairs and table. The queen beds are comfortable and the photo scenes of Southern Utah make me feel at home with the red rocks.

The mini refrigerator was missing shelves and freezer door. Wall light fixture is missing switch to turn off and on. For the most part, it’s in better condition than I thought it would look after a year under the new management, that uses the rooms for winter workers for their Brian Head facility from November to April. AC/Heater vents had lint buildup and some open parts of the conditioner had small balls of lint, had to clean it up with travel lysol wipes to help the room cool off. No signs in the room, as a reminder of daily cleaning or beds made up.

We were driving across from East to West and needed somewhere to spend the night. We picked Parowan simply as it was well-placed in terms of that much bigger journey. No disrespect to Parowan, but we didn't pick it on account of anything particularly appealing about the place itself. Given all of that, this hotel and indeed Parowan did what we needed it to. The hotel is pretty basic, but not in a way that is a problem. It's located about a mile or so off the interstate, but it was very easy to find. Parowan is small (3,000 or so residents) so no one will have trouble finding the place. I went for a run round the town in the morning, and it was actually really nice to watch a place waking up. Definitely a very different feel to that which you'd get in bigger places. The room was certainly clean and it ticked all the relevant boxes. The Thai food was very good indeed, and we would really recommend that people try that out. We ate our evening meal there and it was a welcome breath of fresh air after too many burgers! Value-for-money wise this hotel really do exactly the job we wanted it to.

It felt a little odd that the reception/breakfast area didn't open until 9am. To be clear, that didn't affect us all (we had no real need to use either), but if you want a quick bite before hitting the road then this isn't the place to go for. Mind you, once you drive out and get going the US is hardly lacking in terms of diners/other places to grab that morning coffee/snack.

I HAD A WONDERFUL TIME AT THE MNT. VIEW LODGE. I REALLY ENJOYED THE COMFORT OF THE ROOM. I REALLY LIKED THE JACUZZI AND POOL. AND HAVING A RESTAURANT THERE ON THE PROPERTY MADE LIFE CONVENIENT. I'M DEFINITELY GOING BACK!

My room was clean. I didn't have the towels needed for the room. The bed was comfortable. The evening check in staff was very friendly and helpful.

In the morning there was no one on staff in the lobby and there was no coffee ready to go. It was still that way at 10:30 when I checked out.

The staff was friendly & the room was nice & clean. Overall, the stay was worth the price.

The a/c was very loud & the temperature regulator in the shower was not working well. While taking a shower you would get random bursts of very hot water for a few seconds.

The look and feel of the rooms is great! And the reclaimed wood furniture is amazing! The staff is really friendly and super helpful!!

Beds were a little hard, and very springy. Could do with a thicker mattress cover to tamp that down a bit and make it a bit softer.

I liked breakfast - grab and go any time.

That the staff was not available after 10 pm when we arrived, so I was terrified what to do because I did not have internet and the phone. I came from oversees and how am I supposed to call them at the American number?

Clean comfortable room, great pillows, nice pool and hot-tub, and great restaurant on-site. Great value and within easy walk of lots of nice places to eat. Highly recommended!!

The room had two queen beds, big enough for myself, my twin and his wife. The parking lot was big enough to accommodate all the cars when the motel filled up from people attending a family reunion. My sister-in-law kept the air conditioning running, so the room felt cool to me. The motel was very helpful when I extended my stay.
