This was LITERALLY the cleanest La Quinta we’ve ever stayed in…..and we’ve stayed in a lot of La Quinta’s all over the western U.S. Everything was so clean and pristine, the shower was even clean! Most times if I take a white towel and wet it, then wipe the bathroom floor the towel will be black and gross. Not here!! I wiped up some water from my kids and the rag was still white!! The beds were so comfortable, the room smelled nice, breakfast was really good with lots of options too! I’m so sad that this property isn’t somewhere else because we likely will never be back in Cedar City. Only thing we didn’t get to try out was the pool, but when we peeked in it looked great!!

The only negative thing I have to say is the vent in the bathroom and the filter on the A/C were extremely dusty and dirty. It didn’t bother me because the rest of the room was immaculate, but I would recommend having staff wipe those down now and again.

We enjoyed our stay at La Quinta Inn, it was very quiet and secure. The air conditioner would not turn off (nor would it turn up), so we ended up having to unplug it, because the room was too cold.

The microwave was not clean. The glass plate that rotates had dried food stuck to it, and it appeared to have been used that way several times; we had to let it soak before the dried ramen noodles were able to be scraped off of it. Also, the drapes had the rod propped up on the wall next to the window, so it was a little more difficult to close one side of the window covering.

It was a pleasant experience car from the moment we arrived to check-in, until the morning we checked-out. Breakfast was amazing! Beds were very comfortable, love having black out curtains. The temperature of room was able to adjusted to our personal comfort. The room was clean with a beautiful decor and had all the necessities we needed stocked. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful experience traveling made easy.

This hotel is clean and met all my needs. Breakfast was also great!. It is in a great location near several restaurants. I would recommend it!

Everything was great. If you are looking for a high-end hotel, you will need to spend more money. If you want a nice clean hotel, in a great location, at a great price, with a good breakfast, then this is your place.

We were greeted with a friendly cheerful associate. He suggested we park in the back of the hotel as it was closest to the elevator (our room was on the 4th floor). He offered to bring a luggage cart to the back door. The next morning, only one elevator was working. Levi and Javien understood the frustration and were super quick in fixing it. After a quick breakfast, we were surprised to see both elevators working again. At breakfast, both Thomas and Ashley greeted the guests with a cheerful - " Good morning!". My husband asked if there was any crispy bacon. Ashley said she would make some and bring it to his table. What service! I was impressed with the variety of food offered. The Danish was awesome. We'll be back!

We were sorry we hadn't book this hotel earlier in our trip.

I had asked for a ground floor room away from any noise-making things like ice machines, stairways, exit doors, etc., facing the back. I was given a room on the 2nd flr (no prob since they have elevators) overlooking the reception area in the front. They were sold out the night I stayed, so I gave them a little slack & it turned out fine. LOTS of canines staying at the property. Receptionist said it was cuz they are the only hotel in Cedar City that accepts pets, so I corrected her that the HI Express down the road (where I usually stay) accepts pets. She was appreciative of the info since she'd like to give guests alternatives in the event that they're sold out & have a pet.

That my original rqsts were not honored.

The location was excellent. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast choices were amazing while it was early in the am. The room was appointed nicely. Large bathroom with nice larger countertop & lighting.

Although the breakfast was amazing the options for them ran out very quickly about an hour & a half sooner than it ended. They were not restocked.It was a weekend & there seemed to be a softball tournament in town so I think that was the snafu but it should have been considered in the reservations.

Good hotel. The most exceptional part was the breakfast which included rice and soy sauce, beans with chorizo and cheese, tortillas, fresh jalapeno, biscuits and gravy, waffle making station, bagels, huge danish, all kinds of toast and three kinds of cereal as well as yogurt and fruit. Good, solid Folgers coffee that was hot!

The room really did not get cool no matter what the air was set on.

Very nice hotel. Decorated beautifully with pictures of Utah National Parks. Lobby had beautifully decorated patriotic tree. Fitness room and pool area looked nice. Breakfast was exceptional with added touches like tortias , cheese and hot sauce to make breakfast burritos. Also homemade oatmeal in crock pot Staff was friendly and helpful. Second timew have stayed here and pleased both times. Very good value .

Clean room, nicely appointed, very comfortable beds. They have a separate dog area too although as usual there are derelict dog owners too good to pick up after their animals, you all know who you are get a grip. Room reasonably quiet and the breakfast was very good nice to have seasoned potatoes to go with sausage and eggs. Very polite staff. Good selection of snacks and refrigerated items in the lobby a little pricey but to be expected. We'd stay here again.

Toilet flapper valve was broken so we had to be careful operating it so it wouldn't keep running, I had to set it back in place a few times. Also the HVAC unit is wall controlled and the slider on the thermostat was difficult and I mean difficult to move to select cool-off-heat. We left it off since the room was unusually warm for the Feb weather outside anyway. Both were addressed by the staff when I informed them at checkout. Stuff happens but they handled it well.
