Clean with friendly staff. Instead of a pool the facility had a beautiful fire pit seating area and live music. There is also an incredibly well maintained vegetable and herb garden and on our way back from our day’s activities we were met by Bradley who shared info and let us taste many of his lettuces and herbs. That made for a really nice end for our evening.

Would have liked some softer pillows.

The hotel was very centrally located. The king room was spacious and well appointed. The breakfast was delicious, had a very good selection, was well stocked, and the staff were very attentive.

Our room was in a separate building from the main one. We arrived during a rain storm so it was inconvenient to get our luggage into the room without getting wet.

Breakfast was good and had plenty of choices, room was good, plenty of room, could've used another comfortable chair , plenty of parking and the outside patio area was awesome

Luggage carts at the other buildings would be nice to have, no ice machine and had to use a dirty garden wagon as a Luggage cart

The check-in person gave me directions to good restaurants nearby. We enjoyed his recommendations. The included breakfast was one of the best. I could tell that this hotel was built and is maintained with the highest quality standards.

Did not dislike anything. Everything was fine.

Location is great. A 15-minute walk to the Shakespeare Festival. Room clean. Nice to have microwave and small fridge in room. Staff friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable and not too hard.

Bedding smelt a little stale. It's like a non-smoking facility with a smoking laundry staff. Wasn't a deal breaker, just slightly annoying.

Location is perfect for us.

A friendly welcome would have been appreciated from Lindsay, at Reception, or even a smile??? AC was like an airplane coming through the room, toilet didn't flush without holding down the handle and counting to thirty!!

The location can’t be beat! The staff was very friendly. The room was a good size and I slept well.

A little more variety for breakfast would have been nice, but I am not really complaining.

Covered parking garage. Music was played by the pool and hot tub. Room was very relaxing with a couch, coffee table. But the # 1 thing we like best was the late check out time of Noon.

Breakfast hours could have been extended.

People were mostly very attentive and mannerly. Breakfast was acceptable. Room was nice enough that we will probably come back . Bed comfort (mattress, linens, blankets). were excellent . Bath towels were excellent. Room service was very good and friendly.

Hot Water was never available for my morning tea.or hot chocolate Breakfast would also be nice to have more fresh fruit. (Only bananas and some rather sad honeydew melon were available). Also would like some better lighting in the room , as in lamps. One side of the room had no light to speak of.

The hotel is very nice! Clean, nice looking, comfortable. Bed and linens clean and comfortable. Well done! The surprising part is the courtyard. Big outdoor fire pit, splash pad, large chess game, seating and a wonderful raised bed garden! Brad is the greatest gardener and socializer. We will definitely stay again when in the area and will tell our friends too!

The only thing that I could mention is that there were two doors to our room, an outside door going out to an outside hall and an inside door. The outside door was not very insulated and there was light shining through the cracks and the wind was blowing through on the blustery day we were there.
