Great staff! Noticed we had kids and made sure we got a room that they would be comfortable in. The rooms are smaller than I was used to, but very clean and comfortable.

Really the only thing was that the bathroom was VERY cold. It probably didn't help that the window was open when we arrived, but while the rest of the room was nicely heated, the bathroom was not. They left a space heater in the room, but it didn't seem to work well. However, laying down the towels on the tile made it workable, and it was a really minor issue given how good the experience was otherwise.

Rima worked the front desk. I was having trouble with my tv and she came and helped me even though she was also working the front desk. She told me she would help me after she finished helping someone else and she came very quickly. She tried several things and fixed it. I really appreciate her taking time to fix it even though she also was working the front desk. She said she was learning from the person who usually fixes the tv so she can help out when needed. I appreciate her going over and beyond. Also the lady working the breakfast area did a wonderful job keeping it stocked and clean. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name.

Breakfast was scanty, no eggs, bacon or hash browns. The rest was fine. The room was small but clean. things were a bit strange: coffee pot on the desk, microwave in deep recess... but they were there and they worked. My only complaint was the neighbors were rather loud and there appeared to be little sound insulation between the rooms. Maybe it was because they were connecting rooms. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would do it again.

Very nice clean room with comfortable bed and pillows, refrigerator, microwave, desk, tv, large vanity counter in bathroom, toiletries provided, good shower head, great breakfast with waffle machine, very nice staff.

The shower did not drain well and it became a pool of water.

Conveniently located right off the freeway but protected from freeway noise. Nice layout of room, comfortable bed and pillows, friendly and efficient staff, well insulated and quiet.

The room could use a little more light. It was only a problem at night trying to read the buttons on the microwave.

When I turned the heater to less heat it blew colder air rather than turning itself off until the room got to the selected temperature. I ended up turning it off for several hours, then on again until it was too warm, and off again.

Nice clean room and comfortable bed. Front desk was very nice and friendly. Quiet and convenient location.

I couldn't get service on the TV and my first night the toiletbowl was very rusty and stained. My second night the cleaners had cleaned it perfectly.

The staff were very friendly, refrigerator had a freezer compartment, shower was good, nice breakfast.

Need non dairy flavored creamer at breakfast. Fox News was on tv at breakfast, I guess trump wants to invade Canada. Canadian travelers were at the breakfast!

Clean, reasonably priced, located right off major interstate, we were weary travelers looking for a good night's rest so we could continue on our long journey. Staff was pleasant and helpful and maybe I could have made my requests more clearly.

Wanted a king bed. Got 2 queens. Only needed one bed. Mattresses didn't work out well. Was disappointed 😞

I liked the waffles for breakfast and the apples. Coffee was good. I liked the information sheet for nearby restaurants.

It would have been nice to have bacon or sausage with breakfast, but I get why it wasn't available.
