Staff was very friendly. Like the layout of the room with the little kitchenette area, living room and bedroom layout. Bed was very comfortable and appreciate the extra blanket being available and the fact that the heat worked well. It was COLD in Utah. LOL.

The only negative thing I noticed was that the bathroom had no heat vent so it was cold in there. You have to leave the door open to get heat in there. It's just an older hotel so not sure why that is, but it was chillier in that part of the bathroom. I do like that the sink/mirror section is separate.

The configuration of the room worked well for our family. We had two king rooms and with the extra sofa bed it was perfect for the size of our group. The separation between the sitting area and bed provided some privacy which was nice for those that wanted to stay up later.

The room was noisy. We were located on the first floor at the end of the hallway. One room was next to the laundry room and the other next to a stairwell. We could hear the guests walking overhead as well. White noise was needed to drown out all the noise.

Great staff and nice breakfast. Very clean. Lighted parking area. Great when returning from night scheduled Shakespeare performances. Cedar City has an excellent Shakespeare festival during the summer. Staff was cordial. As an example, Paula greeted all guests for the buffet breakfast She makes sure all guests are comfortable.

Clean, comfortable beds, pet friendly, friendly helpful staff, close to cafes and restaurants. Breakfast was included and good quality with hot eggs, sausages, waffles to make your own, lots of options. Nice lobby and dining area. Suite with living area and west elm furniture was really nice. Later check out.

Nothing

We checked in, and the receptionist was smiling and friendly. The room was spacious, and the beds were quite comfortable. The hotel rooms were quiet and very clean. The breakfast was delicious and organized.

We had a QR code for our housekeepers tip, yet she did not show up on the page the code took us to, so we couldn't tip her (we don't carry cash)

My husband and I both commented that we had never had such welcoming staff.....ever!!! So welcoming and fun to converse with regardless of where they worked in the hotel. Will be back!

The only thing that could be improved upon was the shower head. It needed to be replaced.

The room was very good. Breakfast was also very good, kitchen staff did a great job having breakfast ready before 7am, which was great for us because we had a long drive.

The breakfast sausage was a bit undercooked.

Location, comfortable room with hid-abed couch, good electrical connections for devices, good variety for breakfast.

Having a easy access room son close to elevator. So many easy access rooms I have had in other places the room is way at end of hall after getting off elevator.

The pool was having some pump / cleaning issues.

This location was perfect for our plans to visit Zion NP.

There was a very strong sulpher smell coming from the water/faucet. Not sure if that is normal for this city's water supply.
