I liked the rustic mountain cabin look & feel of the property. The pool area was lie a mountain pool with a waterfall. I liked the music the played in the bar/restaurant. The waitresses were upbeat, friendly & engaging. I liked the free coffee in the lobby.

The food prices were too high. The Booking.com ad was not accurate. It called out a free continental breakfast, & nearby recreational activities that were not open during our stay. The beds we smaller than expected. We had two young grandsons with us and were disappointed in the lack of activities. We should have stayed only 2-3 days. They had excessive rules regarding the room contents. We had to check to see if everything was there when we got into the room.

The lodge is huge and beautiful. The room prices in their mid-week off-season were amazingly cheap. Our room was large and beds were comfortable but the A/C was inadequate and rules given to us said 'dont set the temp under 74°. The outside temps were in the 90°s during our stay and the room was too warm. Air is thin at their high elevation, and coupled with a warm room made it hard to sleep.

Front desk staff ignored us as came and went and the male desk clerk was abrupt and pushy when asked a question. Our check-in clerk was friendly and helpful. But overall we felt pretty invisible. The food in the bar and grill was decent but very expensive. The server was very good.

The room was large and very clean. The bed and seating were very comfortable. Nice view from large window and you can open the window, which was wonderful. The restaurant was very good and they were most accommodating to my gluten-free needs.

Be aware that there are long walks to the restaurant and main lobby area. About half way down long hall is a 6-7 step staircase which means you can't take a luggage cart beyond that point. Must carry it all. There are a variety of exit options to the parking lot, but be sure to ask about them. That will alleviate such long walks with luggage.

There Was No breakfast. And only horrible coffee-mate creamer. No actual cream for the coffee. Hot tub was nice. Hotel was pretty.

No free breakfast. Anything would have been nice, but there was nothing-- price of the room was like $140. Plenty of much less expensive hotels do Something at least. Also, although there was coffee there was only disgusting coffee-mate creamer. You could have gotten some real half and half. It wouldn't have cost much. The shelf stable kind would have been Fine. Only coffee mate, though? The ingredients of That are soy oil, canola oil, artificial flavors and other disgusting crap. Some decaf tea options would have been nice too.

Ease of checking in, decor/modern, clean rooms, location, ease of checking out, amenities (even though we did not use any of them this time, staff was friendly and helpful.

My husband and I didn't get to stay very long. We checked in, took off for activities, arrived late to sleep, and took off first thing again in the morning. The only thing we had a complaint about was the bed. You could see that it was a "double taco" from the moment you walked into the room. I think I slept okay on it, but my husband did not. Other than that, I really loved the place and would likely stay there again.

Location. Nice log cabin aesthetic. On site restaurant was very nice. The staff for the whole property were very nice.

Several broken things, (sliding doors, waterfall, and sauna) Matress had a huge dip in it like a whale had crushed it. Wrecked my back. Haunted. TV turned on at 3:20 am to a completely white screen. Saw shadows in the mirrors. Whispers. Apparently there are a few known ghosts here? Very unnerving. Also they don’t know how to make coffee. It was so weak it was embarrassing. It was like warm water with coffee essence lol.

Nice and cool temps!!! Good price for 1 night stay

Some of the staff, I referred an elder couple camping with overnight temp of 37 degrees. Mentioned to stay at the same hotel and Mentioned price on booking.com however they didn't have lap tops or new cell phones. When they walked in guy up front told they it's 50 more because they are walk ins. No seniors discount, aarp or AAA when couple asked. Very surprised hotel would turn away guests because they couldn't match online price.

The staff was really helpful and friendly. Our suite was clean and comfortable with a functional fireplace which was really lovely as it snowed during our stay. We didn’t use all the facilities as we were staying off season and just for two nights but this place must be really nice during ski season.

Not something about the property itself but just be mindful this place is located on a very steep hill so make sure you’re prepared if you’re staying here during winter.

Location was great! Breakfast was great! The restaurant was great! Ate dinner twice out of the four nights spent here. Beds were comfortable! Room was spacious!

The sink had a clogged drain, and it was reported to the front desk the first morning of our stay. We stayed 4 nights and it never got fixed. We even checked to make sure there was a work order and there was. By the time we left, the sink did not even drain at all. The shower door leaked bad every time we took a shower.

Location and the price. I also liked the fireplace in the morning (June, but 5 Celsius). We did not try the food, so I cannot comment on that. Free coffee available 0-24, but no decaf. Someone smoked under us so the bathroom smelled of cigarette in the night ( the other night was fine). Very nice pool inside with a waterfall and a hut tub outside but was crowded so we skipped both. Bed was comfy, room is big enough. We will come back definitely.
