There Was No breakfast. And only horrible coffee-mate creamer. No actual cream for the coffee. Hot tub was nice. Hotel was pretty.

No free breakfast. Anything would have been nice, but there was nothing-- price of the room was like $140. Plenty of much less expensive hotels do Something at least. Also, although there was coffee there was only disgusting coffee-mate creamer. You could have gotten some real half and half. It wouldn't have cost much. The shelf stable kind would have been Fine. Only coffee mate, though? The ingredients of That are soy oil, canola oil, artificial flavors and other disgusting crap. Some decaf tea options would have been nice too.

Location. Nice log cabin aesthetic. On site restaurant was very nice. The staff for the whole property were very nice.

Several broken things, (sliding doors, waterfall, and sauna) Matress had a huge dip in it like a whale had crushed it. Wrecked my back. Haunted. TV turned on at 3:20 am to a completely white screen. Saw shadows in the mirrors. Whispers. Apparently there are a few known ghosts here? Very unnerving. Also they don’t know how to make coffee. It was so weak it was embarrassing. It was like warm water with coffee essence lol.

Location was great! Breakfast was great! The restaurant was great! Ate dinner twice out of the four nights spent here. Beds were comfortable! Room was spacious!

The sink had a clogged drain, and it was reported to the front desk the first morning of our stay. We stayed 4 nights and it never got fixed. We even checked to make sure there was a work order and there was. By the time we left, the sink did not even drain at all. The shower door leaked bad every time we took a shower.

Best value on our trip! We were so glad we chose this cozy mountain resort for our visits to Zion and Bryce. Although it is quite a drive (1,5h for each park), but with the spacious rooms and overall cozy atmosphere we were always looking forward to come back at night. Also lots of shelf space in the bathroom which for some reason is hard to find. Nice vibe in the restaurant, although I’m sure it is more crowded in the wintertime. Would come back any time.

If I had to mention anything, it would be the cleanliness of the outside hot tub, it hadn’t seen a net for a while.

It's definitely the best stay on our road trip through Utah. It was one hour away from Zion National Park, it is on high elevation but the area is beautiful and the staff are so friendly. Hot coffee and fireplaces await you in the lobby. An indoor heated pool was a nice surprise with an outdoor jacuzzi that was so pleasantly warm. The second floor is a lovely bar and restaurant coupled with a nice outdoor patio with fire-side seating. The rooms were nice and warm after a long day out in the cold.

I have stayed here before and the property is beautiful. Truly a mountain treasure

I really can’t blame the property since they have a pet friendly hotel. However, that policy should not adversely affect other guests. There was a small dog across the hall that barked anxiously and continuously for about 4 hours. Owners were clearly out. We reported it twice during our stay and was told by staff members “Oh, we’re sorry”. I would suggest the hotel contact the owner by phone and require them to address that issue. For one thing, the pet was clearly in distress.

Yes. We had a lovely stay at Brian Head Lodge. The location, facilities and staff make the stay here worthy. I will like to mention the courtesy of the staff that we experienced. We were going to be late for check-in and way past the restaurant time for dinner. One the staff called us to check about our whereabouts and asked if any dinner arrangements have to be made or if we need anything from the grocery store nearby. We really appreciate this thoughtfulness. Keep it up! Will definitely recommend others to stay at Brian Lodge.

Went up to enjoy cooler weather. After the first day of our four day stay the hottub closed for maintenance. They never reopened it. That was one of the biggest reasons we booked this hotel. Very unfortunate to not be able to enjoy a hottub after a day of being out sledding in the snow. We came up last year and it had the same issue. Always a problem with the hottub.

Location was great! Loved Brian Head Lodge. Very cozy and comfortable. The common areas were always well kept and I loved the accessible coffee and tea !! Definitely gave the WINTER FEELS!

The food at the restaurant in the lodge could be way better. Very bland food. Awesome Lodge but not good food. If you invest in your kitchen/cooks I guarantee there would be no need to leave and seek other places to eat in the little area.

Lovely room, comfy bed & pillows. Breakfast was the usual variety, but good & pleasant room. Restaurant/bar was good & a decent value. Bus available if desired Pleasant staff. Good stop for Zion & Bryce.

Had to haul luggage up half a dozen of so steps after getting off elevator. Would request a room before the stairs next time.
