Our room was clean as was the bathroom. There were hangars to hang clothing up. Thank you for the amenities as well. The breakfast area was clean and fully stocked with a variety of tasty food items. The ladies in the kitchen area made sure tables were cleaned and that supplies were available to the travelers as well.

It would have been nice to have lighting over the beds. We were not able to read comfortably while in bed. We could see the lighting area over the beds, but we never found the switch to turn them on. There were small lights over the nightstand, but it wasn't easy for us to read by.

Nice location right off the interstate. I felt it was a safe place was clean. They had a nice pet area. The parking lot was lit nicely and had luggage carts at the door. Looks like they were going through a remodel, but did not affect my first floor stay at all. Front desk was very accommodating and helped with an upgrade to the room with a Jacuzzi tub. After too long days of travel, it was very nice to have this option in the bedroom for a nominal upgrade cost. Breakfast area was clean. Would've liked to seen , more fruit than just apples, but the apple was great They had a nice ice water station to fill your to bottle. The rooms were very clean and spacious. I stayed in a king size room with a Jacuzzi tub option. It had a nice shower and large bathroom separate. Definitely will stay here on my travels again.

We really liked how comfortable the beds were. We stayed in a king and then moved to a queen and they were very comfortable and spacious rooms! It would definitely be a 10 if we used the pool and did more exploring of the building but it was an amazing stay! Definitely want to visit again!

I didn't like how the bathroom door in 101 looked broken like someone had punched it but it wasn't a huge concern because I understand that things happen. My fiance didn't like the smell of the new paint but they were remolding so that's a good thing and it was only in the hallway. Definitely could have used another go around with the vacuums in both rooms, however we have a toddler so we understand things get missed. Other then that we loved the rooms and the stay.

We enjoyed our stay and were comfortable. Beds were comfortable. It felt safe. Rooms are quite spacious. Fairly good value for the price. Breakfast was ok but identical choices both weekend days we stayed and pretty basic. We liked the location and ease of checking in and out. Appreciated the fridge, microwave, iron, and blow dryer. Loved the ice water available in the lobby and other complimentary offerings. One real plus was no animal sounds on our second floor. It is a pet friendly hotel so I had some concern about that, but we were not bothered with those kinds of noises during our stay. I think we'll stay again next year for the Shakespeare festival and look forward to seeing the improvements as some are in progress.

The hotel is in need of a little TLC, but signs are posted throughout indicating remodeling and the lobby had lots of boxes with furniture and such. One thing I've never experienced before felt odd and interfered somewhat with noise level and privacy. There are gaps under the doors to each room of at least a couple of inches which easily allow sound and light to go in or out. I hope that is part of the remodel with the doors meeting the floor. Also, the dresser drawers no longer function, and our closet had a good size hole in the door. The updating will likely help with those things.

It was clean and easy to find. The breakfast was great and had plenty of options. You could tell there was remodeling happening but couldn't hear it and they did a great job of accommodations

Our check in was a bit stand offish and couldn't really answer any of our questions about AARP discounts but it was also late so we tried to take that into account. Our 1 bedroom suite was more like two rooms joined together so we were confused about the key process and we're scared we were going to barge in on someone. Parking was a mess. Several guests had to park along the curb or undesignated spots due to trucks pulling large trailers taking up 4-5 spots as well as the storage containers for construction. My mother couldn't park in the handicapped spot because someone without the placard had taken it due to the crowding

Friendly staff, comfortable room, they allowed me to have Amazon delivered to the hotel, I was in Cedar City for a funeral and the kind hotel staff was willing to print out my speech for me, which I really appreciated. There’s a refrigerator and microwave in the room.

Coffee machine seldom worked properly (it was mostly water coming out).

Debbie the front desk agent when we checked in was terrific ! There was a rush of people checking in and she was the sole front desk agent at that time . She remained efficient, fast , attentive , and personable. Had occasion to ask her some questions about the area later that evening. What an intelligent nice person. Good breakfast included in the morning.

Bathroom door opened in in a way that made it difficult to maneuver in the bathroom.

We loved the hotel and staff, breakfast was good but... our room needed cleaning. The bathroom was not clean. The bed was very comfortable but the air conditioner didn't work well and the curtains were musty. The dog walk was full of poop w/no poop bags, so we walked our dogs somewhere else and brought our own bags. I don't understand people. If your dog poops find something to pick it up.

Unclean room and the dog run was nasty mess.

Breakfast was good and a variety options to eat was available.

I had asked for a Handicap room, but was told none was available. I told the clerk that I had asked for one, all of a sudden there was one. When we got up to our room, the toilet was not ADA height. Since we were staying only one night, I didn't say anything. The shower doesn't have a soap dish.

Room was large and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Water pressure good. Breakfast was nice to have but nothing memorable. Location was perfect for our needs as Cedar City is about the half way point driving home from Colorado to Southern California. We were able to make an unplanned drive to nearby Cedar Breaks National Monument (very beautiful) before dark. We were not expecting so much traffic in this town (notably near the Walmart). Afterall, we are from Southern California and are quite familiar with traffic. This was the most traffic we encountered on our entire trip. There are lots of food options near Walmart. Would definitely stay here again if passing through the area in the future.

Nothing in particular, but if I had to pick something, I would say the breakfast was not impressive.
