The breakfast was good. You had the option of a hot prepared meal of scrambled eggs, turkey and pork sausage, and hot self-made pancakes. There was also a selection of pastries and warm cinnamon rolls. There were 3 types of juice available and hot coffee and tea.

The coffee was good with creamers available, but it was too hot to hold very long in the paper cups and no sleeves were available. Also, the parking lot was a bit rough. One side of the hotel is only gravel.

We had originally planned to visit Cedar Breaks, but after we checked in we found out that Cedar Breaks won't open until at least the end of May... So as far as location, it would be great had we been able to do it. Also planned on visiting Kolob Canyons, but most of the park was closed due to a sink hole in the main road. The property is very convenient and close to the highway, but very quiet, and comfy. Staff was great, and breakfast was very good. If you are familiar with HIE breakfasts, this is standard.

This is a great property and location. There is a trail nearby for walking dogs and the room is spacious with plenty of space for us and our pooch. The breakfast was good with a decent variety of offerings.

The need for gluten free diet has become quite common, with many people having allergies to gluten or full-blown celiacs. Hotels such as this really should try harder to offer more gluten free options other than cereal.

It was a nice building to be expected of a Holiday Inn Express Hotel. Very convenient for our two night stay — stopover for one night on the way to Breckinridge and return). The facility was clean. Comfortable room and nice beds. The staff very friendly and helpful. Location was great for our purpose.

I liked that the staff was very pleasant and the breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and spacious, perfect for my family of 6.

The beds were firmer than my husband and I like. Our backs are sore from the firmness of the beds.

We were welcomed by friendly staff and were upgraded to a jaquzzi suite. Close to hwy easy on and off lots of restaurants close by.

We had an incident at the pool where a family with 5 kids were all in the pool. They were throwing a football from end to end of the pool and it eventually hit me. You think they would go to one end of the pool or the other. But no. Disrepectful people. My suggestion peak in on the pool area.

Nice staff the location was great and very clean .The price was far. The overall experience was great. The only problem was the location of my room. I requested a handicap and they put me on the 3rd floor at the end. And I have walking issues so that was a bit much but other than that, everything else was Clean and nice and very quiet.

Faciliry and staff were outstanding. Top marks for accommodating and catering to our dog. It was her first time away from home, and the staff went out of their way to make her feel comfortable. We'll definitely stay there again. Thank you!

Breakfast was very good. Staff was extremely helpful. Staff helped us and our dog Winnie feel very welcome.

Air ventilation in pool was too little. But area was very clean.

The location was close to plenty of restaurants. The staff was very pleasant and enjoyed interacting with our dogs.

Breakfast could have had a little more variety. The pancakes came out a bit undercooked.
