The room was remodeled and very clean! Lori at the front desk was friendly and very informative. They had free ice for the guests to use! The guest parking was in a parking garage, so it was nice not to park on the street :)

I would like to have known that the rooms were on a second story but it was worth it because of the quality. The room also had a small refrigerator that was not in the hotel description, which was a pleasant surprise!

Cheerful help at the front desk and appreciated that she moved both of our rooms to the bottom floor for quiet. Room furniture is minimal and functional. Bedding and linens are exceptional!!! VERY comfortable bed, great sleep after a full day of hiking and travel! Towels are high-end thick and fluffy! Appreciated the black-out blinds.

Although we loved the flooring (no yucky carpet!) we wished the floors were cleaner. After walking in bare feet to pack up bags, etc. that morning, my feet left dirty footprints in the shower. Better floor scrubbing needed! Otherwise, the room was spotless.

The decor with the lovely onyx lighting and pieces throughout the hotel is LOVELY!!! We were excited to see a fridge and microwave as well as a coffee maker. The hotel is in the middle of mainstreet so very close to everything. The hotel staff was friendly.

The bed was nice but not super comfy. Our room was not cleaned each day - we were not sure if we have to request it and there was not a door hanger to say we wanted or did not want service. It would also be a bonus to know where you bought all the lovely onyx so we could purchase something from them as well.

driving up to this old building, you don't expect a lot. what a wonderful surprise when you step in and feel like you're in a 5-star hotel! the staff was amazing and accommodating, the room was huge and everything looked and felt brand new! the town is quaint and there seem to be great food and shopping options on the same block, although we didn't have time to experience them (and most were closed on sunday). it also surprised me that such a small property has SIX tesla destination chargers. I've seen gigantic hotels (like Venetian Las Vegas) with only one or two.

my only complaint is that the bathroom exhaust fan was louder than a jet engine and probably needs replaced, so we used the AC to dehumidify the room instead which was fine for our short stay.

The comfort, nice decor, classical music in the lobby, the cleanliness and high attention to detail were extremely good. The ceiling fan and heat pump perfectly managed the hot temperatures outside. Nice Kurig coffee machine with pods from Starbucks!

I learned to turn up the heat pump fan to drown out the traffic sounds during the night. Then slept peacefully in a most comfortable bed!

Old hotel upgraded by new owners. All new floors, fixtures, and furnishings. Very nice, welcoming staff. Quiet at night, located downtown with various historic shops and businesses. Well located to Bryce and Zion. Great restaurants within walking distance. This is not a four-star hotel with all the spa/pool/room service amenities - where we usually stayed - but I have to stress it is very comfortable, clean and welcoming for a great rate. We're staying at more refurbished/updated small independent hotels and motels; the owners deserve our support for recycling older buildings instead of tearing down and building new. We fully recommend Two Sunsets Hotel; Check it out!

Staying in Two Sunsets Hotel was an extra bonus on our trip to Utah. The hotel is totally remodeled so everything is new, clean, and good quality. I love the beds. The mattresses are new and very supportive, and I had a wonderful sleep. I have a bad back so I appreciated this very much. It was a unique and comfortable stay in a spacious room in a renovated hotel in the heart of the historic center of Panguitch. We were initially captivated by the small Western town atmosphere and surprised to find a number of high-quality eating establishments within steps. My husband and I were especially enthralled with the historic Gem Theater (across the street), where we could not only enjoy first run movies at an affordable price, but also homemade ice cream and chocolates made on site (the dark chocolate quinoa crunch bars and passion fruit truffles are to-die-for). Highly recommended for those looking for a step back in time, something different but comfortable, friendly and knowledgeable owner and manager (go Miranda!), and a great location and unique gateway to explore the nearby world-class National Parks.

The location was perfect for Balloon Fest. The room and hotel were very clean and organized.

The room and bed were smaller than I had expected.

Since we arrived during a rain storm on motorcycles the covered parking was a giant plus. The rooms were comfortable and the hotel is located central to the town.
